    I loved this hotel, especially the design in a dark color scheme of burgundy and eggplant which made my room feel so cozy and luxurious. The sheets were incredibly soft the pillows were wonderful the lighting options were perfect and the air-conditioning was fabulous and easy to regulate. It even had an option to turn off the lit display! I chose this hotel because it was close by the Liverpool Street station which I had to use to get to the Stanstead airport, and it was a five star beautifully designed hotel for a great deal. I think the deal was because there's a huge amount of construction around it with enormous modern office buildings everywhere. This made coming back to the hotel feel a bit weird every time but not at all sketchy, just odd. I would stay there again in a heartbeat if I got a wonderful deal again!

    Lovely boutique hotel. Great and central location in this newly upgraded part of London. Proximity to Liverpool Street Station gets you anywhere in London very easily. Very comfortable, nicely decorated rooms (modern spin on classic English), good size as well (for London). Great service, especially from the bar and restaurant team. Will for sure be back!!

    The hotel itself was very nice but late night staff unhelpful and initially refused room service after 10 pm saying the bar was closed. When challenged as this is not what the hotel literature stated, they reluctantly and quite discourteously provided a very limited selection
