    Reason for a missing 🌟 are the staff. Men are okay, they're treating everyone like a first class guest. But the lady in the concierge and the housekeepers, well. Not that friendly

    Lovely hotel, very clean with great facilities and lovely staff. Was a bit too hot in the heatwave as there is no air con, that was the only down side.

    Needed to escape the heat of the red warning. Wasn’t planned. Got a room last minute. To be honest it was pretty warm in the room but I suspect that the AC couldn’t hack the 36° outside. There was a fan in the room, me and my detection dog survived the heatwave. Nice spacious clean room. Reception very smart. Polite staff. Would recommend. And only a ten minute walk from the heart of theatre land!!!

    As a lone female traveller, this is number one for safety. The room didn’t lock so I had to sleep with a chair in front of my door. Rooms and bathroom were very dated and could do with a refresh
