We were so pleasantly surprised at just how great the Bedford Hotel was in terms of value for money and location. The staff were all without exception incredibly friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the traffic noise was minimal as the double glazing was excellent! Fabulous location for so many of the London sights. Would really recommend.

Good location near British Museum and buses to key attractions and eateries nearby. Cosy clean room without aircon or heater but comfortable bed although initial booking was for garden view but given street view as the confirmation did not reflect garden view. Appreciated the shortbread cookie and tea as well as safe provided and clean bathroom with fragrant toiletries. Good breakfast with a range of selection and helpful staff at reception and breakfast. Luggage storage was also great after checkout.

As a lone female traveller, this is number one for safety. The room didn’t lock so I had to sleep with a chair in front of my door. Rooms and bathroom were very dated and could do with a refresh
