    The hotel is in a great location and we stayed there for one night only. I’d stay there again but for one night only. The facilities are not great, the bathroom wasn’t very clean.

    This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It took forever to check into my room even though I arrived 45minutes after I technically could have checked in. Even the hallway was filthy with stubbed out cigarettes in the carpets. My room was so hot and there wasn't even a fan when the temp was 36degrees F in London. The single bed was fine but the mattress was old and worn out. They provided an old flat pillow which gave my neck no support, leaving me in agony with terrible headaches each day. I requested a normal pillow each day and it never arrived. Any time the next door room opened, it shook my bedroom door making sleep impossible. I was never so happy to leave a hotel!
