everything was lovely but unfortunately the rooftop bar was booked out for a private event. The hotel advertises this as a great place to have a drink and it was my sons 21st birthday so we were looking forward to it. The hotel should contact customers in advance to say if certain facilities are not available

Great location for our trip, super comfy bed, excellent check-in and we really like the rooftop terrace and pool.
Reception staff were so polite and helpful. Such a credit to the hotel.

Bed was super comfy and staff friendly. Hotel clean
Wasn’t advised the spa had permenantly closed until we tried to book a treatment. Rooftop area was closed for half of our stay due to private events - didn’t affect us much however this could be very infuriating to pick a hotel for its pool and facilities and only be told this on arrival. We booked for our honeymoon and received a cake and card on arrival in our room but feel they’re could have been more done from a five star hotel. Also rooms way too small.
