    So I liked the Virgin hotel their is a few things I was disappointed with but the staff was ok the hotel was well kept, the disappointment was both the bars the top floor had not beer what’s so ever and every other drink I ordered they didn’t have so wasn’t the best start , then being apart of the virgin red group was meant to have drinks at 5 both days but they kept saying they was fully booked so was disappointed with that , pool area was nice but needs a little tlc . Overall was a nice place but theirs better for your money around that area.

    I booked a room here for a birthday treat for my husband for our weekend in London. The hotel noted the birthday and went above and beyond to make it special. Thank you. The hotel was clean and the room and bed was comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

    Pros: Staff were lovely and our room was nicely decorated, beds and pillows were v comfy and good quality. Steam shower was a winner Cons: Bit far from tube stations Room small for 3 people Paid for 3 but room only dressed for 2: 2 robes, mugs etc
