Very good staff. Helpful. Friendly. Polite

Very comfortable room with a sumptuous bed and gorgeous decor. Blackout blinds, lovely and quiet and a very plush bathroom with the softest towels.
Vagueness of what was included in the room price and what was an additional cost. No response to message querying this so I didn't use the slippers or drink the bottled water. The coffee machine was a bit tricky as it was on a higher shelf and the mechanism to insert and remove pods had a bit of a knack to it. Hopefully the big plastic pods are recyclable otherwise they'd be very wasteful.

The bed was comfy and I enjoyed the shortbread biscuits.
This was one of the most expensive stays I've ever had at Sun Street in one of the smallest rooms I've ever stayed in. In previous visits, I've had hand-written welcome notes and a complimentary sweet treat by way of a welcome back. A tiny room with zero recognition made this an extortionate visit. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor and the shower and bathroom tap dripped all night.
