    Nice hotel in good location. Room was good size and clean. Breakfast was great and the pool is very nice too. Few broken tiles in bathroom that had been repaired but would expect replaced in a 5* hotel. Would stay again.

    Booked for 3 nights for BTS concert in July 2026. As usual, staff were very friendly and attentive to the guests’ needs. We’ve been upgraded to a Junior Suite with complimentary breakfast. Facilities were really for a 5 star hotel. Breakfast was very good. Location-wise, very accessible. Few minutes walk to Moorgate station and Liverpool street station. It was the best option for us who attended the concert in Tottenham Hotspur as the train to White Hart Lanes comes directly from Liverpool street station.

    We were upgraded when we arrived because they did not have the room available that I booked. Then it rained during the night and we woke up to water dripping heavily through our ceiling. We had to vacate whilst several different staff came to review the leak. The reception staff were helpful and said they would refund 30% of the bill for the disruption. That was 2 months ago and despite me contacting them, I have still not had a refund.
