New hotel with very clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent location in the city centre close to metro stations. Nice design and high potential for F&B.
Staff in the F&B department needs training. This is not the professional level we are used to get at IHG hotels. Check-in was friendly but very basic.

Lovely hotel! Very nice staff
Our room didn’t get cleaned until after 5pm but we where back at that stage and need to stay in the room, the staff memeber did however give us new towels and emptied the bin

Clean
Reservation system screwed up.
I arrived and no room seemed to be ready. Noisy construction in late morning. Staff nice but not helpful.
