The location is fantastic if you need to take a train and the room was quite confortable.
It's very confusing to find the entrance to the hotel, and also to the corridor of the room, more signage is essential.

Great location, good size rooms which were quiet.
There was no privacy with the toilet/shower room.Its located right next to your bed with a glass partition door.

The room was well-appointed and well-laid out. Great location for St Pancras International Station.
Staff were not apologetic at waking me up at 11.30pm to ask if I had a tap on as there was a leak somewhere below the room. No 'sorry to wake you' or 'sorry for disturbing you'. Given how expensive the room was for the 14msq room (over GBP300) for the one night, I would have expected the staff to be more polite.
