Rarely does anywhere get 10 out of 10 but this place deserves it! Super friendly, happy to help and a lovely place to stay

Staff were impeccable, they were so friendly, when they heard about the issues we had the night before with another property the were really sympathetic. They were there it help in any way possible. They also checked throughout our stay. I would stay again. It was just so welcoming. There was no kitchen but they do have tea and coffee in the room which is topped up daily. And l also liked the little beauty products they provided for you, it’s the little things that make your stay just that little bit nicer.

The bed was a little firm for our liking but not a big issue.

Clean very nice & cool - amazing welcome would really loved to have given it a 10/10 but there was a mix up with communication about parking- no parking on site… however resolved quickly and very happy with how it was handled- have already booked to stay again in the next few weeks 👍

Good location

One tiny lift that was hardly ever available as it was constantly used and held by the cleaning and laundry staff. The most horrendous drainage smell, particularly on the lower floors Room far too hot and air cooling did not work Milk not replensihed every day and left out of the fridge so went off
