St Pancras London, Autograph Collection

The decor is stunning. Cold sparkling water on tap in the corridors outside the rooms. Thank you to Jaspreet who greeted and checked us in, and was really kind and welcoming and interested - we were staying after just getting married. Breakfast experience was the best ever.

Beautiful and well appointed room. Close to trains and had a lovely choice of restaurants/bar/spa.

The new rooms in the old section are being converted to a theme and it detracts from the Victorian English aspect of the hotel. Also, there is no longer a club room and rather than have your breakfast in the booking office like in the numerous times I’ve stayed before there is not a club room to go to and breakfast is behind the main lobby bar. Not having access to a club room for a club rate should have been communicated on the booking. Beautiful as always but not a fan of the new changes

Our stay at St. Pancras London exceeded every expectation. The hotel is simply stunning, combining historic grandeur with modern luxury. The location couldn’t be more convenient, especially for travelling into and around London. The room was beautifully presented, immaculate and extremely comfortable. What really made our stay exceptional was the staff—every member of the team was warm, professional and genuinely welcoming. The restaurants were outstanding, with excellent food, a wonderful atmosphere and impeccable service. Every aspect of our stay felt effortless and first class.

There was very little to fault. If anything, we only wish we had booked for longer than one night, as there was so much more of the hotel we would have loved to experience. We’ll definitely make our next visit a longer one.

The location was convenient as we arrived from Euston Station.

At check in there system was down so it took over 30 mins to check in. Consequently all their restaurants were closed. That is 10.00pm. The view was zero. A blank wall 4feet away from our windows. I wa served an incomplete breakfast.
