    Needed to escape the heat of the red warning. Wasn’t planned. Got a room last minute. To be honest it was pretty warm in the room but I suspect that the AC couldn’t hack the 36° outside. There was a fan in the room, me and my detection dog survived the heatwave. Nice spacious clean room. Reception very smart. Polite staff. Would recommend. And only a ten minute walk from the heart of theatre land!!!

    All staffs are very friendly and helpful. It takes a few minutes to walk to the underground’s, yet many bus routes literally go through nearby. And you get everything you need in the neighborhoods, from a super market to British museum!

    This hotel is in an ideal location for London, easy to walk to the theatre district and 9 minutes walk to the subway for further away. It has an accessible car park. Only draw back is no air conditioning but you do get a fan in the room. I would definitely stay here again

    As a lone female traveller, this is number one for safety. The room didn’t lock so I had to sleep with a chair in front of my door. Rooms and bathroom were very dated and could do with a refresh
