Good sized room in a fantastic location. Property was nicely decorated and the room had all the amenities we needed. The standout from this experience is how helpful and accommodating the staff members we met were - responsive & super friendly.
We were on the ground floor and the noise of the door slamming shut at night as people came and went was a little disturbing.

Very good location for Eurostar
Problem accessing - didn't receive email with code. Room was like an oven, when we arrived & bad odour from toilet/shower room. Had to requests a fan & email not working.during our shory stay.
