A lovely location, close to KX but quiet, with amazingly kind staff. I found it a bit hot as we were towards the top of the property, but I asked for a fan and they instantly delivered. A designated 24 hour 'hotline' was incredible.
A cozy room with a really comfortable bed and a great shower. Perfect for my short stay!

Close to Kings Cross. Brilliant to be able to drop my bag in the morning and go back to my room in the evening and have my bag already delivered into my room. Really responsive staff. Having a mini-fridge was great. There were lots of brilliant details, such as providing free drinks in the fridge and a little sandwich; lots of convenient plug sockets; plenty of towels.
Being picky, the bathroom/shower were tiny in my layover room but the price was great and it was clean and comfortable, so it was absolutely fine. Could hear talking in the adjoining room.

Bathroom is tiny. I didn't risk the shower, it would probably flood the place! The air con rattled but ear plugs dealt with that.
Not sure about the morning tea. It was empty? But as it's complimentary, I'm not over bothered.

Good cotton, friendly man, provided water, Coca Cola, Kit Kat and a home made sandwich which I think was a bit of an odd touch
Light flickered a lot in the bathroom and the room was so small and the bathroom was so small you could barely manoeuvre
