The room was cozy and well appointed, with a comfybed, a little fridge, hangers, lots of personal touches and cute messages for the guests. The communication was great and I loved the extra service like a complimentary fresh pot of tea outside the door in the morning.
The bathroom is tiny (which is ok since it was the smallest room) but the shower handle is located in a place where one can easily turn it on by accident and get soaked while dressed!

Soon as you walk in it has an excellent welcoming vibe. One of the staff spotted us on the road as we were about confused as to where the Hotel was. He was so nice and showed us to our room. Our room was a crash pad. Compact but perfect. Decorated lovely and a space for everything. No wardrobe but a small space with hangers. Bathroom is small but so clean and modern. Best crash pad I've stayed in. We had a cucumber sandwich and a gift left for us when we arrived with a personalised note and in the morning a pot of tea and biscuits was left outside our door. Personal touches were so thoughtful. Our stay was for 2 nights but we were out each day from 9 - 23.00 so the room literally was our crash pad. Minutes away from St Pancras and close to transport. We walked to Theatre land which took us about 40 mins but tube is close by . Book here you'll be pleasantly surprised!

Little friendly details: jar of preserve on the room, drinks in the fridge, newspaper in the morning. Cosy little room, cleverly designed. Good reading lamp, window, water cooker, wall plugs everything for a nice stay.
The room was very hot, no airco.
Small detail: I hate English breakfast tea, it is way too strong. Please put some other tea flavours in the room and give us hot water in the morning, not ready made tea as dark as coffee. For us Dutch people it is undrinkable.
Toilet seat was loose.
The bathroom is clever but I kept hitting the shower tap when on the toilet, so I got wet a few times while peeing :) It made me laugh so don't worry.
