Beautifully decorated, with luxury accessories, very comfortable bed
A lot of narrow stairs but there was help with the luggage when requested from the concierge.

The location is excellent, a six minute walk from King’s Cross station. The apartment is beautifully presented & has all the amenities that you need. The most important thing to us was the staff. A big shout out to Mike who could not do more to accommodate his guests. From the start information was on hand, he was communicative, friendly & very efficient. Nothing was too much trouble. He is the best host we have come across in our numerous visits to the U.K. & London.
If we’re really splitting hairs, the shower tray is slow to drain. They could do with pillow protectors. However, if this is what we are picking up you can tell the apartment was excellent.

I feel like „Luxury“ is an overstatement. It is too expensive for what you get.
- rain shower but almost no water pressure
- really squeaky house so any other guest move and you hear it
- It isnt really „soundproofed“ as they claim
- weird choice of decoration. E.g. no washing machine dryer but then put a giant laundry basket in the bathroom 🤨
- a coffeemachine with espressocups which are too small to hold a single shot of espresso 🤨
- the floor was bend upwards under the carpet so it was like a speedbump in the living room
