Very friendly staff, 24hr reception, very convenient location just a few minutes walk away from Kings Cross station within central London. Very good shower and room was small but nice:
Basement rooms feel rather dark and have no view (which was ok for a one night stay), and you do get noise from the street.

Friendly and efficient staff, good breakfast at very competitive price, air con, small but very well-designed room that makes excellent use of the available space. Excellently located at few steps from King's Cross / St. Pancras. Full of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Very good value for the price I paid. Will return, no doubt.
Only issue: as in many small London hotels, there is no lift, and if your room is on the 3rd floor, you'll end up getting plenty of exercise. Which isn't such a bad thing after all. But if for any reason you can't use stairs, warn the staff when booking.

Nice, clean and close King’s Cross. Deco was modern.
My room was a small double which is fine but the bathroom is very small with a sliding door. Could be bigger but didnt prevent my stay been comfortable
