Great for an overnight stay with a partner. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Loved the train station style at the entry, the aircon was amazing during the heatwave, perfect for staying in central London.

Calling this a 4-star is really a stretch. Broken shower bar. No plug in the sink. No remote for the TV. Stained carpet. Creaky doors and floors. Very narrow hallways. Tiny elevator. No charm.

Great location

Room was tiny - you can barely move around the bed. Feels like it was recently refurbished but errant hairs on the floor and when we arrived someone had clearly been watching TV on our bed! Otherwise bedding seemed clean and overall facilities matched the price, however, the room smelt very musty/mouldy when we arrived - probably too much air con and nowhere for the air to escape and the TV didn't work - went to reception to complain and request an alternative room, but was told it was fully booked - fair enough - so asked to email my complaint - which I did - back in my room and it was late. As soon as I sent the email, had a bounce back - email did not exist. Waited until check-out in the morning and was told to try a different email. Sent that and had no response. Booking.com customer services also not interested to reply.
