Everything. The Staff, location and bar were amazing! Enjoyed the fab cocktails, the lobby and the luxurious rooms. Will stay there again and again!
Air con was broken unfortunately.

The location is exceptional; the staff are friendly and efficient; the breakfast was excellent; we loved the bar and the daily complimentary drink; the lifts were plentiful (odd I know but many hotels lack in this area).
My third visit so this in essence says it all.

It was cold and not very warm. The staff in the bar appeared stressed and maybe under pressure.
