    Chosen for its excellent location in relation to St. Pancras, this hotel fails on all other aspects. I requested three single beds for three adults and got a double and a single in the smallest room I have ever stayed in, down a twisting (and quite frankly dangerous) staircase. No lamps, no useful sockets, no fan or air conditioning so it was boiling hot, nowhere for luggage, watered down juice at breakfast with questionable cheese and meat, and a very lack lustre welcome. There were lots of little things that were irritating, but really the thing that was virtually (and for some people completely) intolerable was the stench from the bathroom that penetrated every fibre of the room. We put up with it, but shouldn't have, it was truly disgusting. Thank goodness we were only there for two nights. Do not use this hotel and Agoda, please remove it from your site.

    I don't understand why people have given negetive remarks and less star to this hotel. I have spent 3 nights in this hotel and in my opinion everything was perfect. Firstly location was great just near to King cross Station only 3 minutes walk and you can go anywhere in london with this station. Secondly all staff are so good and generous. Rooms are clean and smells good. One of the cheapest hotel as compared to other 2 star 🌟 hotels. I would highly recommend to visit and stay in this hotel if you are planning to visit london. 🙏🙏🙏

    Booked to stay for a couple of nights with my teenager daughter to go to Harry styles. Arrived staff were lovely gave us room 20 which was on the 3rd floor. Room had a double and single and a small ensuite bathroom. Room was dated and bathroom could be doing with being upgraded- shower head not effective, grout etc. But room was clean and tidy, beds were comfortable and had what you would need for a short stay, except in this heatwave air conditioning was a must and there was none. There was a fan in the room and the window was open, we also had brought our own fan but being in an older building on the top floor and unable to leave fire doors open to circulate air when it was mid 30s outside was unbearable so didn't get much sleep at all and felt uncomfortable for most of the time in the room, spent a lot of time looking for another room nearby that had air con and was reasonably priced but decided to just deal with it. For a room in sight of kings Cross and access to the rest of the city it was sufficient, if looking for somewhere more fancy or with all the mod cons youll have to pay a lot more in this location

    I stayed at this hotel for four nights and I didn't pay a lot of money it was cheap. The good point about this hotel is the location, plenty of storage space in the room, the shower was spacious, and there was a coffee kettle. This hotel has room for improvement, and I suggested some to the receptionist. The internet Wi-Fi speed is very slow, the water pressure in the shower is really low, I had to wait for at least a minute or two for the water to come out and when it did it wasn't very strong. The sockets are positioned in a really bad place one was behind the bed, and not very easy to get to, and the others behind the disc where the cattle is again very low not conveniently placed The toilet is also small and a very small wash basin. The walls are very thin you can hear all the noise all day and night, plus the windows are not double glazed so at 6:00 a.m. people were shouting and fighting outside. The bed sheets and pillowcases were very clean however the bedspread was dirty with hairs. Obviously there is no lift so if you are coming for a few days and you are carrying with you a large suitcase good luck. So I would recommend that you take a headband with Bluetooth speakers and use it so you can kill out the noise. But like I mentioned I paid very little for this room for fortnite so I cannot complain. If they fix all these issues then of course I would stay here again and only maybe for two nights if I cannot find anywhere cheaper.
