Room was good, though having upgraded, it was difficult to identify the upgrade. Staff were very good and friendly. Bed was comfortable.

Good selection overall for breakfast, as i would expect from a hotel like this. Reception staff were wonderful and very helpful.
Executive lounge was nice and appreciate the free drinks at happy hour,
Felt there could be more on the cooked options for breakfast - no mushrooms, and only weird, milky scrambled eggs (normal to see fried or poached as an additional option)
The member of staff who seated us for breakfast was slightly confrontational - asked if we'd be paying for our breakfast and I said no, it was included with the room and her response was 'really'. We had an Executive room.
Executive lounge - afternoon snack options were very limited, just a bag of nuts available.

Deposit taken, not explained at time of booking, still pending in my bank account which is annoying. Overpriced to what they offer. Breakfast lady was rude, would take us to a table that was not properly cleaned, would not bring us coffee saying it’s self service. For the price you pay you’d expect better service.
