Good amenities & location, but would not suit older couples.

Location was pretty good. Close to grocery shops & plenty of eateries on the main drag which was just a few minutes away. The amenities were good, had everything we needed & the beds were surprisingly comfortable

Did not like the stairs. It was two flights to the main bedroom, which wasn’t good for us. There were two bedrooms on the first floor, but still a set of stairs to navigate. Also parking was a bit of hit & miss depending on how busy it was. Think the accommodation would have been perfect for a younger couple.

Loved the property and area! Top Host!

The house was very clean and the host very welcoming. The area is lovely with pubs, restaurants and shops close by. Belfast City centre is close enough too. The house was warm and the beds were comfortable. The host was also on hand with any questions myself or family had during the stay and went the extra mile to help with our requirements. Would definitely consider staying again in future.

Unfortunately, there wasn't any clothes storage in two of the rooms and some cookware was missing (spatula, oven cookware). Although, I'm sure the host would have been at hand to provide the cookware, had we made them aware of this!

Excellent.

The house was clean , spotless. The location is great everything is just close by. The host was very helpful. I highly recommend the accommodation.

Parking space is a bit awkward, neighbours parks everywhere even in front of the property making it hard to find free space most of the time. If possible make a broom or a vacuum cleaner available for cleaning. But all was good. I highly recommend the property to anyone who wants to visit Belfast city.

I DIDN'T GET WHAT I BOOKED

It was just a stop on our way.

The only reason we booked this accomodation was because in its description is clearly said It had private parking. It turned out the parking was on the street if you are lucky to have a spot for you. I contacted the host several times to solve this as we wanted to get what we booked but he did nothing about that. We had to increase our expenses getting a parking which was supposed to be included. I suggested the host to change the description of what he offers not to mislead future guests but so far he has done nothing about It. I'll report this issue directly to Booking.com to have a better service. Besides this, the WC didn't flush. You can imaging how disgusting this is specially when four people have to use It. I also reported this to the host but, what did he do? Nothing.

Lovely comfortable accommodation close to everywhere

The property was very central to everywhere and there was a good choice of restaurants nearby. It had free parking which was a bonus. We really liked the little courtyard which allowed us to eat our breakfast outside in a safe and private area. We particularly liked being able to check in.ourselves so avoided the hassle of trying to coordinate our arrival time with the home owner. Andrew was very helpful and we have already recommended this place to our family and friends.
