Beautiful apartment very comfortable well equipped with everything we needed although struggled with operating the oven maybe some instructions would be handy (not used to digital ovens) otherwise 5*

Again loved the apartment and would book again for people who dont know belfast that good taxi’s back and forth can soon rack up the cost of your stay there are buses but if weather is poor it is a little walk to get to the bus stop wouldnt put me off recommending as a decent place to stay host stays in touch and you have his number to ring anytime

It is a lovely flat with everything you could need in there. There was a very informative folder with lots of details about local things from Brian the proprietor. Fully recommended

Lovely stay in Belfast.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Belfast here. Lovely to get out of city center and into the calm suburbs. Communication was very good and it was a lovely stay for us to relax.

The use of synthetic materials for duvets and pillows are not a personal favorite, otherwise a lovely stay in Belfast.

A great night in a quiet and comfortable apartment with easy access to Belfast.

It was nice that there were some breakfast things available - cereal, bread, butter,milk, etc. it was a lovely quiet apartment and very comfortable. As we were 3 people I asked if we could use the sofa bed and the host very promptly sent someone to make up the 3rd bed. Belfast Castle just up the road has some lovely views. Thanks for a lovely stay.

My only suggestion is more cooking utensils - eg a pizza cutter, a baking tray.

We had a great 4 day break. Good facilities, comfortable beds, and nice locations. Reasonable distance from the city center as well. Good place to stay for a nice break away.

Could do with an oven tray in the kitchen. Well equipped, but if I were being picky, some door stops would be great additions. Think there was a light bulb out in the en-suit bedroom?

Great stay at spacious property near Belfast

Good Location, Ample Parking, Very Clean and Spacious Property. Large bedrooms and Living room. Well furnished. Host was very prompt and helped with check-in process. For small issue host event took a phone call in the early morning and assisted to resolve the same. Overall great stay and recommended for family.

The bathroom fittings need a bit overhaul.

It was clean spacious and very comfortable. It was a little bit out of the city but that came with the added bonus of being super quiet which was needed after a busy day sightseeing. The view from the sitting window was lovely luscious and green 🥰 The goodies left in the fridge was a very welcomed bonus. It was lovely to be able to have a cuppa after a long day. Host instructions were detailed and times perfectly.

Spacious, pleasant apartment

The apartment was beautifully and tastefully decorated, very spacious and clean. The beds were really comfortable, bedding warm and soft. The block was calm and quiet. View was beautiful from each window. The living room is big and comfortable, the kitchen was huge and well equipped. Breakfast was okay, too. Parking was no problem at all, we found a space each night right in front of the apartment. Host was an excellent communicator and when I raised a problem on arrival, he responded immediately and solved the issue. I can only recommend this apartment!

Although the apartment is really spacious due to beds and chairs it is more suited for four people than six. Tiny oversight, but Christmas decorations on the mantelpiece were still on in March.

Two bedrooms, on site car parking, and various facilities provided. The owner is very helpful and responded very quickly when in need.

Dish washer and washing machine can't be used and fortunately I did not require the use of these facilities. It seems that the area of the apartment is not of the size as stated. Some of the utensils in the kitchen need replacement.

Incredible value, great location and brilliant property!

I've stayed in a LOT of properties from booking.com over the years and I've never been so impressed. Communication was incredibly clear, host was extremely helpful and the property was fantastic. The cupboards and fridge were stocked with complimentary breakfast items etc which was incredibly useful as we had a crazy travel schedule for the trip. I can't recommend this place enough - fantastic property and incredible value.
