Plenty of room. Good facilities. Bed was roomy and comfortable Lovely quiet area. Mini bar to use if you like.

No tv. Tea, coffee available to use with an honesty jar but no milk. Otherwise we could have used

It was a perfect spot to spend a few days in Belfast. Easy location to explore the city. The facilities exceeded our expectations.

The WiFi was intermittent.

It was a lovely property very spacious and very comfortable. Perfect for a weekend away in Belfast! It’s a little away from the center of town but easy to get a bus from or you can walk in if you fancy a longer walk (30 mins+).

Location in residential area, bus stop nearby, bed reasonably comfy, basin in bedroom useful, magnifying mirror on desk, quirky building, owners available, able to leave luggage, Gaia, the dog, is friendly

No blinds on the three dormer windows in the bedroom, curtains downstairs do not give much privacy as they are mostly see through and don't meet properly, toilet downstairs, worn mats, musty smell, needs a deep clean, cobwebs, stains on ceilings and walls, dishwasher not working, freezer full of ice, no hospitality tray, downstairs basin falling off the wall, WiFi very poor and data so slow too, have to wait 15-30 minutes for hot water, but that was insufficient for a shallow bath, shower only over bath, awkward to use, fan in oven made a loud noise so we used top and bottom heat in oven only to reheat food, note there is no microwave or TV, tea towel not clean on arrival and oven gloves not freshly laundered. Sheets clean but rather creased. Store room off downstairs room needs cleaning and sorting
