Location and the private garage are excellent and the apartment is very clean and comfortable.
There is no house number or the name, “Masion Mimosa” on the outside of the building so it makes it difficult to locate especially when the 4G is poor and you can’t use google maps or Apple Maps to assist you. Communication (I tried phoning the property owner) and sent messages to get help but the response was slow almost an hour later. This was made worse by high temperatures and travelling fatigue. Needs double glazing to keep out traffic noise and heat as the windows are large and in the sun.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, dodatkowy atut garaż, nowoczesny wygląd.
Największy minus to brak otwieranych okien, okropny zapach za każdym razem gdy wchodzi się do obiektu, musieliśmy otworzyć drzwi zewnętrzne aby lekko wywietrzyć apartament chociaż nie pomogło to za dużo.
