Great location, cosy and warm.

The kitchen utensils (plates and pots) were dirt from previous travels. Under the bed was very dusty.

A very good place for a few days in Dinant, that has a lot of attractions

Good ground-floor flat in central Dinant. Easy communication with the host. Well-equipped kitchen and well-sized living room. Can easily accommodate a family of four.

Very minor things : lack of a shower mat, few small spoons.

A cozy and affordable city stay!

Self check in, a lovely greeting of beer and chocolate. The venue is a close walk to all the main attractions and was tidy upon arrival. We also enjoyed the kitchen facilities for a comfortable stay.

Heard some noise when window in the room was open, and can get quite warm.

Nice touch with beer and chocolate on arrival. Double bed was very comfortable. Great location and parking in the car park just round the corner was easy.

Excellent location, only fit for 2 people

Excellent location, nice hosts, main bed was fine

The sofabed was horrible. We were two adults and two kids (8 and 10) and after having tried the sofabed nobody wanted to sleep there. One side was hard as a board and the other side was lumpy after people had been sitting there through the times. If you are more than two people, do not rent this place until the white fake leather sofa has been changed! You will not sleep and your back will hurt from lying there. Other than that there was a damp smell, but nothing to see.

Superb

Wonderful apartment, lots of space, interieur complete, good value for money. Next to city centre, still very quiet, no traffic. Parking in front of the apartment, or on parking lot 50 m away.

1. Bathroom door hinges were installed improperly (door could not be closed). Fixed it during the stay. -:). 2. Smoke detectors were dismantled, advice: install one. 3. Front door, entering the building, can only be opened by a key. Not safe during an emergency evacuation, especially if the (energy saving light) light dims automatically.

Alles so wie beschrieben. Die beiden Leffe zur Begrüßung haben wir gleich gekillt. Toller Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung von Dinant und die Umgebung.

Hellhörig (Gespräche und Schritte der Nachbarn über der Wohnung deutlich zu hören), dunkel.

Die Unterkunft ist recht zentral gelegen, Parken in der Nähe möglich

Es war gerade ein Stadtfest, so dass wir nicht zur Unterkunft mit dem Auto kamen. Die Duschabtrennung ist erneuerungsbedürftig, es gibt kein Fenster im Schlafzimmer, so dass man nicht lüften kann, Kaffeekapseln nur 2 Stück

MERVEILLOUSE!!

Molto carino e vicino al centro, non mancava nulla o quasi. Abbiamo trovato due birre del posto e dei cioccolatini al nostro arrivo e ci ha fatto molto piacere! In cucina erano a disposizione anche le capsule per il caffè che abbiamo sorseggiato volentieri, in generale ci siamo trovati bene, grazie ci torneremo volentieri!!

Migliorerei la pulizia in generale e peccato per il parcheggio tutto a pagamento! Se sei fortunato davanti alla casa puoi trovarne di liberi.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko do najładniejszej części miasteczka. Miła niespodzianka na powitanie w postaci miejscowego piwa i czekolady. Wygodny apartament. Blisko miejsca do zaparkowania. Czysto i przyjemnie.
