Well located but it has disadvantages
The apartment is very spacious, the kitchen is well equipped. The location is great.
There is mold in the bedroom, on the wall adjacent to the bathroom, which makes the room very unpleasant. The bathroom has a terrible smell, and we had to keep the window open. The toilet has no heating and is extremely cold.
There are no extra pillows or blankets. The apartment is located on a noisy street, and the window frames are old, which allows a lot of noise to come through.

Location and facilities were very good
The only request would be for some new pillows in bed room as they were very flat. This is only a small observation as the rest was excellent.

Good kitchen equipment, comfortable bed, free parking
Small pillows, austere decor. The worst thing was the lack of a fan, in such warm summers it should be basic equipment. The stay was very uncomfortable because of the high temperature. In the evening it was impossible to open the windows because of the many flies flying in.

Prima appartement, heel compleet! Dicht bij het stadje en met parkeerplaats in een parkeergarage. Zou hier zeker terugkeren.
De kussen zijn erg dun. Het was erg warm omdat we de verwarming niet uit kregen.

Kjempe godt sted. Veldig fornøyd.
Alt var bra, kjempe fint sted å bo, nærmere de fleste objekter som vi besøkt. Alt som vi trengte var på plass. I kjøleskapet ventet på oss gave 🎁 det var kjempe hyggelig. Det var rent.
Det eneste som var ikke helt bra, var at på do var ikke mulighet å vaske hendene, vi måtte gå i andre rom kjøkken eller bade.

Прекрасные апартаменты по критериям "цена-качество"
Выбирал данные апартаменты прежде всего из-за расположения, поскольку география Динана лимитирует наличие апартаментов вдоль набережной. Соответственно, владельцы апартаментов необоснованно завышают цены только из-за близости своих квартир к центру, пренебрегая качеством жилья. И с этой точки зрения квартира вполне оправдывает ожидания с точки зрения "цена-качество". До Собора Notre-Dame и фуникулера около 8 мин. неспешной ходьбы. Вообще нужно заметить, что цены на паркинг в Динане не очень гуманны, поэтому отдельным приятным бонусом является предоставление со стороны хозяина парковочного места на подземной закрытой парковке (в нашем случае, в 80 м. по этой же улице, сразу за отделением банка Belfius). Все процедуры заселения и парковки благодаря заранее высланным инструкциям были легкими. Сами апартаменты находятся на последнем этаже и вполне соответствуют (и даже превосходят) описанию и фото, наличествует весь джентльменский набор необходимого существования. Полноценная спальня, огромная гостиная с раскладывающимся диваном. Хозяева явно с любовью продумывали дизайн, стильную обстановку и украшали милыми мелочами. Белье приличное, подушки и матрацы пригодны для комфортного сна, есть утюг и доска, пылесос. Кухня достойно экипирована как техникой, так и посудой. Есть все необходимые для кулинарии аксессуары, включая специи, масло, фольга и пр. SMART -TV, WiFi стабильный. В большой ванной комнате есть стиральная машина. Владелец Бенуа очень внимательно и оперативно реагирует на все запросы гостей.
На мой взгляд, лестница, ведущая в квартиру, имеет крутой угол подьема, что может быть тяжело для людей старшего возраста при подъеме багажа. особенно самый последний поворотный сегмент лестницы, где отсутствуют перила. Также немного смутил факт отсутствия отопления в отдельном туалете (хотя мы особенного холода не ощутили).
