I do not recommend. Dirty destroyed terrace. Broken chairs, tall grass. The terrace is nice only in the pictures. Dirty and broken shower.

A great spot to feel like a local and be close to the center of town.

Great location!! Right in the center of the little town. Cute home. The kitchen is upstairs and bedroom downstairs. There are some stairs to reach the home. The bathroom is big and has a laundry machine (I don’t remember if there were pods to actually wash). We didn’t use it but the Kitchen is well equipped for cooking. The living room has ceiling windows you can open to let in some air - it was a bit hot.

No coffee grounds were included. Apartment feels a bit dark downstairs but upstairs in the kitchen area it’s more open/cute. The apartment smells like humidity so if you have very bad allergies this might not be the best place for you. It was a bit hot.

On the whole we were happy with the apartment.

The location was excellent. The rooftop was a real treat, especially as we had perfect weather.

The spaces and facilities were excellent, but the stairs unfortunately were poorly designed. And we missed the small touches of bathroom soap and detergent for the washer and dishwasher.

It was a very nice place with a great roof terrace! Warm and super clean and very well located and to have a selection of beer for a cheap price, that eas super nice it would be nice.

Great place to stay in Dinant!

We liked the open layout of the kitchen and living room, and also the local beer selection that was ready for us when we arrived. The kitchen was well-equipped and we appreciated the full sized range and oven (by European standards).

Loading and unloading luggage and children on the busy road was the only thing that we didn't like. Cars went pretty quickly on that street and there is nowhere to pull over.

Amazing stay

Such a big appartment with a big roof terrace and two floors. It is very beautiful and located very central. Parking is free when parked in an alleyway nearby in the city (pretty busy though). It was clean and there were plenty of towels and pillows etc.

Something pretty annoying in an ancient house with deadly, outside stairs: all lights except two didn't work, so it was real pain to find my way at night The square platform where the outside table is located should be larger; you can't move your chair without falling backwards or having to move the other chairs out of the way.

Nice view.

We tried to contact them in several ways to get inside. It was a key box with a code, and they send some unusable website where we would get instructions (instead of using booking..), but we couldn't find the code there. Eventually we were able to call them and get the code.

- l odeur de kanabis dans le hall d’ entrée qui monte jusqu a notre logement - le manque de propreté et d’entretien sur le toit terrasse . - lit en palette donc manque de confort - problème d’eau chaude dans la douche , impossible d’avoir une bonne température constamment - pas d eau chaude dans la cuisine - wifi introuvable et code illisible -sèche cheveux ne souffle pas chaud - draps de lit moite
