Le Sancerrois

The property was large and spacious. It had a nice lounge room and kitchen and was in a good location.

The owner made us wait two hours before we checked in even though we told him what time we were arriving. Not the best start to a trip when we had limited time to spend in that area. He said he had a problem with his car but we were sceptical. There were no towels in the property which we were informed of after booking but is very inconvenient considering you’re paying for a property and travelling light. Tea towels were old and I’m not sure if they’ve been washed. The bathroom stunk like cigarette smoke which we think is coming from next door, through the drains.

This apartment is well situated right in town in close proximity to all restaurants and activities. It's located on the 1st floor with both stair and lift access. It can be tricky to find as it is not called Le Sancerris but the address is correct. The facilities are great and the beds are comfortable. I slept on the couch which was really good. Parking is close by, but as I rode a motorcycle I was able to park free right outside the door. Would definitely stay again.

Could not find a towel in the place. Missed out on a shower but I had a can of deodorant do all was good.
