The apartment can comfortably accommodate multiple people, but it needs to be cleaned better.

The apartment is very big and suitable for multiple people. The bedrooms are located away from main streets, so you can't hear traffic. There are many appliances available for preparing food.

The place was dirty and clearly hadn't been cleaned properly in a while. All the kitchen surfaces were sticky. There were stains and residue from previous guests, such as a dirty coffee machine and stains in the sink and kettle. There was also mold in the refrigerator and freezer. The dishwasher was left with dirty cutlery in it, and a spray cream can from previous guests had not been removed. Since the kitchen towels smelled, we felt we needed to buy cleaning supplies to clean things before using them. The bathroom was no better. The air smelled bad because there was no window for natural air exchange and the fan needed to be cleaned properly. There were multiple stains and spots of poor cleaning here as well. One of the towels was stained, but luckily, the others seemed clean. The washing machine was left full of laundry. The apartment spans multiple floors, and the internal stairs are high and narrow. This makes it difficult for people with limited mobility to access the bedrooms on the first and second floors or the second-floor terrace. Furthermore, the staircase lights sometimes did not work.

A quiet stay in Dinant

big apartment with all the facilities, clean bathroom, nice kitchen with big fridge, big Led tv, free Wifi, location near the city center, free parking at walking distance

sleeping room was on another level then the bathroom, so to go to the bathroom you need to take a some stairs

Close to the center, new and renovated place, wifi, tv

The cleaning it was not done before we checked in, the warming did not worked, so it was cold. Noise from the neighbours (drilling at 9 am and late in the night). No ventilation to the lower rooms. Bassically the place was not cleaned to receive guests, the bed upstairs was used by the previous visitors. There was no microwave. The owner rang at the door at 9am to ask us when we were doing the check out, although the check out on the booking.com was at 11am. We did not received before check in the code for the key, so we had to call.The owner speaks only French.

Schimmelreiter in the Ghetto 😂

Die Wohnung war geräumig und es gab ein Smart-TV. Das wars auch schon.

Insgesamt lag ein Schimmelgeruch in der Luft. Dieser wurde versucht durch Raumlufterfrischer zu verdecken. Hat nicht geklappt. Diverse Schimmelschäden an den Wänden (mit Farbe retuschiert). Die Bettwäsche roch entsprechend feucht und nach Schimmel. Unter den Betten gab es eine unglaubliche Staubschicht. Im Badezimmer gab es keine Handtücher oder Vorläger. Diese haben wir dann in der Waschmaschine gefunden. Scheinbar noch vom Vormieter.🤢 Im Kühlschrank befanden sich noch eine geöffnete und benutzte Sprühsahne-Dose sowie eine Flasche Sekt..... Strange!😏 Die Lage der Wohnung ist tagsüber OK. Nach Einbruch der Dämmerung treiben sich sehr merkwürdige Gestalten herum. Dafür kann der Vermieter natürlich nichts.😬 Dafür, dass ein Rauchverbot herrscht, roch es im Treppenhaus durchgehend nach Rauch🙄 Alles in Allem nicht zum empfehlen. Wir wollten am liebsten früher abreisen. Durch Termin war dies aber leider nicht möglich. Die Kommunikation war auch nicht so doll. Es gab einmal eine Antwort. Das wars dann. Alles weitere wurde ignoriert.

Zentral in Dinant, aber sehr ruhig.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral und zwar liegt die Wohnung direkt an der Straße, ist es im Schlafzimmer sehr ruhig. Es gibt auch eine Terrasse und ist auch sehr verborgen und nett. Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Das Bett ist bequem. Durch ein Dachfenster kann man die Küchen/Essbereich durchlüften und es ist auch sehr hell in dem Bereich. Bei unserer Aufenthalt ist relativ kühl, deswegen hat die natürliche Belüftung komplett ausreichend.

Wir haben keine Schneidbrett in der Küche gefunden. Zu dem zweiten Schlafzimmer auf dem zweiten Stockwerk muss man durch den ersten Schlafzimmer, das hat uns allerdings nicht gestört, weil wir zu zweit waren. Parken kann man nicht direkt in der Umgebung.

Superbe petit logement très confortable et agréable

Tout était parfait, la propreté, les équipements cuisine et salle de bain, machine à laver et séchoir à disposition...rien ne manquait pour passer un bon séjour. La localisation est parfaite et les propriétaires très reactifs, je recommande en tout point

- L’appartement est bien situé - Equipement au top

- L’appartement n’était pas propre, cheveux et poils dans la douche, saleté au sol, il restait un ballon gonflé.. - chauffage dans la chambre, ne fonctionnait pas alors il faisait froid - isolation, énormément de courant d’air dans tout l’établissement
