Love Dinant and would love to return to the town again one day.

Location and host are excellent.

The property needed a proper clean. The smell of stale cigarettes was overwhelming. The bathroom was so old and damp I didn’t like having a shower. However, I can definitely say the bed had fresh clean linen.

Good to fair accommodation for a short trip but expect to hear noise from next door and outdated furnishings

The property is a little cottage in a good location although a good 15 minute walk from train station. Having 2 bedrooms is good as we have a teen who likes her own space. Also a modern tv with Netflix and YouTube access was great!

It’s not modern at all. I did expect this when booking so I’m not criticising this. It has very thin walls. Every bang, chair move or argument from next door during the night could be heard. It was so loud we thought people were in our lounge but they weren’t. It was just noise travelling. I also reported a very bad drain smell in the bathroom which Marcus did try to resolve and he was very helpful and friendly. The hot water in the shower was also quite temperamental and a dirty dishcloth on the side to use was not something I wished to see.

Location was perfect. The house was more than adequate and reasonably well appointed. The host was very friendly and helpful.

Great location

Thin walls - we could hear everything from the neighbors through the walls. The toilet is in another floor than the bathroom. The drain in the bathroom smelled awfull. The ground floor had a wird smell of mold and basement.

Excellent location. Very close to the waterfront. The aparment is very well equipped. Coffee, tea available in the kitchen. Our host was very friendly communication was flawless.

One of the bedrooms does not have a window. If you close the door the air will get horrible in the night. The floors were a bit sticky. The apartment could've been cleaner.

Beautiful Family Apartment in Dinant

The accomodation was amazing, super clean, great location! Two spacious rooms, clean bathroom. Is like 7 mins walking to the Cathedral and the Citadelle of Dinant and other touristic attractions. Also, you can find pharmacies, supermarket, souvenirs shops, restaurants so near! The Host was fast responding any questions and super nice. Definitely will stay here again!

Lo mejor fue la ubicacion, y tener un eatacionamiento de pago al lado de la casa El anfitrion muy simpatico y amable.

El horno, muy antiguo. El olor en general. La casa tiene gran potencial pero le falta inversion.

Отличное расположение, в квартире есть все необходимые удобства, хорошее отопление, была кофемашина. Рядом была платная недорогая парковка.

В квартире присутствовал немного спертый запах, в остальном все было хорошо.

L'emplacement est parfait ! Dans une petite rue calme et sans passage automobile La flexibilité de Maxime qui s'est accomodé a nos besoins sans difficulté.

L'accueil de Marc, avec ses remarques déplacés (sexuelles) et look négligé comme s'il sortait de son lit. J'ai eu l'impression de déranger quelqu'un plutôt que de réceptionner un logement. La chambre sans fenêtre passe pour une nuit mais peut être difficile à supporter pour un plus long sejour

Ottima posizione nel centro del paese

Appartamento sporco e mal tenuto. Al piano terra soggiorno con tavolo e divano, piccolissimo locale con wc e di fronte minuscolo lavandino. Una scala porta al primo piano (uno dei mancorrenti risulta instabile e pericoloso). Sopra ci sono due camere da letto, una senza finestre, c'è poi un bagno senza wc solo con doccia in condizioni pietose e lavandino.

Gite proche des lieux touristiques , logement agréable, très bon accueil de Marc et bon conseil du propriétaire pour éviter les pièges à touristiques. 🤗

Parking payant peut-être précisé sur l'annonce et manque un peu de matériel dans la cuisine (passoire, congélateur et cousins sur les chaises).

Ligging was ideaal; in het centrum, maar geen last ervan. Ligt zowat op de GR 126: de wandeltocht die we deden.

Ideaal voor kort verblijf, in ons geval voor de rally dit er dat weekend was.

Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst, goeie ligging pal in het centrum maar toch vrij rustig.

Zeer luidruchtige ventilator hoorbaar in slaapkamer wanneer het licht in de badkamer gebruikt wordt. Onmogelijk nog te slapen in slaapkamer.
