Marvellous qpartment with a wonderful view in a fabulous location. Highly recommend 😊

1. The view is amazing, I always try rent apartments with a view and this view would be in Top 5 of all time!! ( Views in Norway and a few other countries marginally more impressive). 2. Location, perfect 10/10. Close to everything including train station, main tourist attractions, restaurants, Carrefour supermarket for provisions and great pubs for tasty pints of lager. 3. Quiet, very clean and cosy. 4. Mélissa, the owner, is always very fast to respond to messages which is good. 5. Very comfortable bed.

1.TV wasn't working for the 4 nights I was there, not a huge issue as was busy and was travelling with a pal whom I used to meet up with for activities and a few lagers at night. 2.No electric kettle, I don't drink coffee. I flagged with Mélissa and a new one was delivered to apt. 3. It was hot, high 20s early 30s so fan had to be on when I was in apartment and it's a little noisy. 4. I believe darkened curtains must be put in bedroom as it's so bright during the long sunny summer months!

Brilliant location with matching view of Dinant town and the river.

Location, location, location! The owner was in touch clearly and efficiently before and during our stay, ensuring everything went smoothly. Multi-lingual instruction and info manual on the table meant most questions were answered. The view from the apartment is directly out to the river and citadel - both landmarks of the town. The listing says no parking available, so I pre-researched private parking before traveling, but needn't have bothered - there is very cheap public parking right outside (1 euro per hour during business hours).

Great appartment, newly renovated, stylish and well equipped. Amazing view and fantastic location.

No light in the corridor and the time table for one night is short from 17:00 - 10:00 morning after. To much stress to leave at 10:00 for our taste.

The apartment really is as clean and beautiful as the photos show. The view across the river to the church and citadel are stunning, so I spent most of my time in the apartment sitting at the little bar by the window looking out. Facilities are good - you have everything you need for self-catering, and the bed was comfortable. Melissa is really responsive if you need anything, but you'll probably have everything you need (there is a guest reception book).

Somewhere else in the building, someone smokes, and it comes straight into the open windows. It gets warm if you have to keep the windows closed because of that.

Leider einer der enttäuschendsten Aufenthalte, die wir je hatten. Der erste Eindruck war miserabel: Der Flur war schmutzig, riechte nach nassem Hund, das Treppengeländer wackelig und teilweise defekt – ehrlich gesagt nicht vertrauenserweckend. Die vereinbarte Schlüsselübergabe resp. Code für Schlüsselbox um 15:30 Uhr fand erst um 16:30 Uhr statt. Wir mussten also eine Stunde draußen warten, ohne Entschuldigung. Bei der Ankunft funktionierte keine Elektrik – nach etwa 15 Minuten mussten wir selbst im Flur die Sicherungen einschalten. Besonders ärgerlich: Im Bad/WC gibt es keine Tür, das Schlafzimmer liegt direkt gegenüber – das geht einfach gar nicht. Duschkabine relativ klein. Ich bin 1.92m und konnte nicht aufrecht in der Dusche stehen, da zu niedrig. Duschkopfhalterung war zudem bei Ankunft abgebrochen. Dazu kamen sehr laute Nachbarn: Am Sonntagmorgen um 8 Uhr tobten Kinder über uns durch die Wohnung, sodass bei uns alles vibrierte. Auch die Eltern haben sich sehr laut Unterhalten, extrem Ringhörig.

Gezellig ruim appartement

Prachtige plek, met mooi uitzicht en ruim

De opgang is erg smal en de traphekken zaten niet meer vast waardoor je goed moet oppassen. Ook is de keuken aan reparatie/ vervanging toe

Un agréable séjour à 2h de Tournai

Avant et pendant le séjour les échanges avec Mélissa. Explications claires et précises. C'était une première pour nous le 15/08 à Dinant. Très chouette ! La situation de l'appartement,on ne pouvait pas être mieux placé . Nous ne manquerons pas d'en parler autour de nous.

Juste un petit point sur l'insonorisation par rapport aux locataires du deuxième. Un petit conseil concernant la boulangerie sur le coin. Il est conseillé de commander la veille vos viennoiseries pour le petit déjeuner. Surtout si vous voulez pain chocolat ou croissant. Gosette excellente !

Prachtig appartement op de mooiste locatie in de stad

- Locatie is ‘the best in town’ - midden in de stad en uitzicht op de bekend charles de gaulle brug - prachtig ingericht, neutrale kleurstelling - erg rustig, je slaapt aan de achterzijde - parkeren prima, ca 50m van het appartement, betaald parkeren tussen 9-17uur, 1 euro per uur - bakker naast het appartement en op zondag open vanaf 8uur!

- smal bed (1,40m) met zacht matras - ingang wat lastig te vinden, een foto van de voordeur bij de boeking zou helpen. - verder niets, prachtige appartement op een top locatie!

Der Ausblick war traumhaft, die Bequemlichkeit zum schlafen mit einem kleinen Kind hätte besser sein müssen

Die Lage ist perfekt, alles war nah und zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Ausstattung, das nötigste war vorhanden. Super sauber.

Das kleine Bett hat nicht für zwei Personen gereicht und Sofa war sehr unbequem zum schlafen mit klein Kind. An Wickeltisch oder Wickel Bereich sollte gedacht werden.

Wenn man mit den genannten Negativpunkten leben kann eine tolle Unterkunft

Die Lage ist Top.

Der Anbieter wirbt mit kostenlosen Parkplätzen bei Booking.com. Auf Nachfrage bekommt man nur kostenpflichtige genannt mit dem Hinweis (und einem dämlichen Smiley) dass alle Parkplätze in Dinant kostenpflichtig seien. Das stimmt auch so, nur war das Merkmal Parkplatz inbegriffen für uns ein Auswahlkriterium für die Unterkunft, sonst hätten wir ggf. eine andere Unterkunft gewählt. So mussten wir noch ca. 15 EUR zusätzlich an Parkgebühren aufwenden (neben dem, für uns entscheidenderen, Risiko keinen zu bekommen). Die Unterkunft ist gut ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich ABER: Die Toilette ist nur durch einen Vorhang vom Schlafzimmer abgetrennt (semidurchsichtig), dafür nur 2 von 4 Smileys bei der Bewertung. Die Wohnung soll für bis zu vier Personen sein, da geht das gar nicht.
