Great position in Dinant to explore everywhere on foot. Close to railway station. Apartment clean and spacious. Enjoyed our stay, thanks 👍.

Just be aware the apartment is up 2 flights of stairs to gain entrance.

Wonderful weekend in Dinant! Le Coeur de Ville is excellent.

This is a wonderful apartment with plenty of space for our family of four. It's close to the train station and is in the city center of Dinant. Very easy to access with the door code being provided well ahead of our arrival. We loved walking around the city center and being on the river! The views are spectacular. It was handy to have a large dining table to enjoy our breakfast - there are great bakeries in the area. The apartment was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and the shower was great! We all wished we had spent more time in Dinant and in le coeur de ville.

Great stay

Located right at the heart of Dinant, everything can be covered by foot. Beautiful views from the apartment. The apartment is spacious, has a well equipped kitchen - it was very pleasant to stay. The instructions from the host was clear - so the check-in was pretty smooth.

Well - it is on the second floor so some flight of stairs - something to just be aware of! Parking could be little difficult to get. I would have liked a handwash in the apartment - that was missing in an otherwise a complete set.

Central location and good space for a family. Nice view. Easy key-less access.

Not easy to find parking close by, so very stressful to arrive on a busy weekend. Noice from the road due to thin Windows. Warm nights - missed central air con you can get in hotels.

Centrally located, fully equipped, 2 bedroom apartment with a "to die for" view.

The apartment was clean, well located, and well equipped. But undoubtedly the highlight of this property is the view. The apartment had an incredible view of the Meuse River below. Access was by 2 codes, one for the exterior door and the other for the apartment itself. The host offered to meet me if I preferred. I chose to let myself in. And it was nice not to carry around keys for a change. It was a great value, even more so if you use the second bedroom.

Amazing!

Super easy check in with the door codes, unbelievable location and extremely clean/comfortable. The view was fantastic looking over the river and plenty of bars/eateries/shops nearby. Super comfy beds and everything provided in the kitchen, we had a great time!

The bedroom windows are older so a little more noisy but not too terrible.

Lovely place, excellent location.

Only small issue was the noise of the street in the bedrooms. The windows in the lounge have recently been renovated, so there is no noise issue, but the bedrooms still have old windows and you can hear a lot of noise from the street below.

Lovely apartment, stunning view!

The views from this apartment are magnificent, both along the river at the front and of the citadel at the back! The apartment is really spacious and stylishly furnished. The helpful cycling and walking maps to use were highly appreciated. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the centre of Dinant, but it wasn't noisy despite that. The cafe/bar La Capsule is really worth a visit too, great decor and beers and friendly staff. Communication was super easy and replies quick. Highly recommended!!!

Comfy and spacious apartment with the perfect view, truly in the heart of the village ❤

The view was great!!! The windows are huge and they can be opened all the way. Also they have curtains to block the sun out. You just CAN'T live more central than this. The whole place is very modern, comfy and clean. Everything you could think of for a holiday home was there and Gaëtane was lovely, whom I chose to not meet in person b/c of covid, in all written contacts. The owner even provided enough bottled water because the Maas was running high and the potable water was not safe to drink at this time of our visit. The beds were comfy and warm. The towels were large and smelled great. The shower was spacy and had a large shower head which was really awesome. There were also a lot of information about the tourist attractions in town and a lot of hiking routes to choose from. We would come back anytime and felt very at home. Absolut recommend to stay at this place!!!

The bathroom smelled a bit mouldy and the silicone joints looked somewhat dirty, but I guess that everybody knows that from baths without having a window. The fan was already running all the time though it was not noisy during the night. It was very clean though, the towels smelled fresh and the shower is spacy and luxurious!

Prachtig uitzicht middenin centrum

De locatie was perfect. Zowel aan de voorzijde als achterzijde een bijzonder uizicht. Je zit middenin het centrum van Dinant. Aan de voorzijde kijk je uit op de Maas en de mooie huisjes. Aan de achterzijde waar de slaapkamers zitten kijk je uit tegen de enorme berg waar de Citadel op gevestigd is. Het appartement zelf is netjes en heeft hoge plafonds en houten vloeren. Erg mooi! Appartement is vrij ruim en gordijnen houden het ligt goed tegen in de slaapkamers. Bedden liggen prima. Er zijn extra kussens beschikbaar. Parkeren is gratis aan rechterzijde van het station. Ongeveer 5 min loopafstand. In en uitladen kan zonder problemen voor de deur. Prachtig wandelgebied op 15 min afstand met de auto: Furfooz. Met grotten en ravijnen.

De keuken was behelpen, zo was er geen aardappelschilmesje, broodmes, ovenwanten of litermaat. Lampje van de afzuigkap werkte niet en de afwasborstel was aan vervanging toe. Nog ouderwets met de hand afwassen. De badkamer is erg klein en wanneer je doucht is keer op keer de vloer zeiknat. Geen handige constructie! Ook zat de klink los van de badkamerdeur die moesten we meerdere keren opnieuw erop zetten. Het appartement ligt op de 2e verdieping en dat vraagt heel wat trappen lopen. Door de houten vloeren is het erg gehorig en met wat pech hoor je de onderburen heel goed.

Séjour agréable malgré le stress du début

Pas de petit déjeuner prévu mais des capsules de café. L endroit de l appartement donnant sur la Meuse en plein centre ville.

Aucun contact avec le propriétaire. J ai eu un problème de connexion avec mon téléphone donc pas les codes d entrée du logement. J ai obtenu le numéro de téléphone par le restaurateur d à côté mais pas de réponse. Voyant que j étais stressée il m a réinitialisé mon portable et j ai eu accès au mail me donnant les codes.

Wspaniała lokalizacja, bardzo konkretny właściciel, poinstruowal nas mailowo o odbiorze kluczy, nie musieliśmy się z nim spotykać - to dla nas ogromny plus! Apartament czysty, urządzony w stylu starej Belgii, który nam osobiście odpowiadał. Mieszkanko wysokie z dużymi oknami, bardzo jasne. W samym centrum. Czyste ręczniki oraz pościel.

Nieco przestarzałe sprzęty (garnki) Przydałoby się generalne sprzątnie.
