Cosy peaceful place

Very cosy place. Everything we needed was there.

Showering floods the bathroom. Churchbells will wake you up everyday at 7am.

Very nice apartment with balcony and small, but well-equipped kitchen. Good heating and fireplace.

The host lives in the neighbourhood just across the street, so it was easy to contact her. Upon arriving she showed us the apartment and offered to be contacted personally or by phone. Be happy to be located not in central Dinant (which is crowded with tourists) but in these green and peaceful location where cows are wandering on large meadows. The church and a restaurant are just opposite the street. You can go for a walk at any time without being disturbed by people or cars. Everything is very quiet. Be aware that you need a car or at least a bike. Half way to Dinant there are lots of shopping possibilities (several supermarkets).

Great experience, the house was ready at our arrival, kitchen well furnished, cosy decoration and a lot of firewood for the chimney. Host was an extremely kind person. Well located in a very small village, very close to Dinant

Rural retreat

What a lovely find just outside Dinant, quiet countryside, lovely views, dog friendly, well equipped kitchen, restaurant across the road.

It wasn't a real problem for us but the first floor flat can only be accessed via an external metal open tread spiral staircase. Our lab refused to walk up on it and we had to carry her.

Great place to stay to experience the rural charm of Wallonia

Beautiful location in a quiet rural setting. The balcony was fantastic to sit and look out to the trees and hear birds. The host Veronique was really nice and friendly. It was what we expected in a rural cottage for the price. Excellent value for money.

Very beautiful when you like the quietness

We liked the peace in this quiet little town. We had the whole of the 2nd floor. Room was clean, it had everything; even a fireplace. Garden was big. Perfect.

Cosy and peaceful

I liked the rural location: it's very quiet and peaceful, ideal for switching off. The apartment is spacious, clean and well equipped. Several supermarkets are only 10 minutes away by car. Dinant is a beautiful little city, well worth visiting.

The spiral suitcase makes the access to the apartment difficult if you have large suitcases.

Nice cosy apartment

Nice little apartment with all you need for a weekend in the ardennes. Lovely open fireplace and good quality outside bbq. Close to Dinant and not too far to Durbuy. Many supermarkets close by. Helpful host who lives down the street.

I am very happy with my stay and would highly recommend the apartment to stay with family/friends.

The host is very friendly and responsive. The apartment is super clean and comfortable and we love the terrace with a beautiful view. A big bonus point is that there is a restaurant just opposite the apartment. Just 10 mins drive to Dinant center. The village itself is very lovely.

Perfect stay in Dinant

The location is easy to find by GPS. The host is very welcoming, friendly, and gives you all the information you need. The apartment is located somewhere very quiet and surrounded by nature. It is well equipped (the kitchen has everything you could possibly need), the bathroom is renovated and clean and it had 2 comfortable rooms. The balcony is also nice to have your breakfast. Overall very good stay and great value for your money

Even heerlijk weg van de wereld in fantastisch huisje

Zalig huisje, lekker warm, supervriendelijke mensen! Ik werd zelfs 'gered' op de autoweg door zoon Pierre, nadat ik er was stilgevallen met een uiteengespatte autoband. Ik keer zeker terug en beveel heel graag aan rond me!

Séjour magnifique au cœur de la nature, avec tout le confort et des hôtes adorables.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. L’appartement offre tout ce dont on a besoin. Les hôtes sont très sympathiques, les environs sont magnifiques et les villes voisines ne sont pas loin. Ceux qui aiment le calme et la nature seront ici parfaitement comblés. Un véritable enchantement !

Tres bel endroit, tres reposant. L’hotesse est tres gentille.

Il n’y avait pas de petit dejeuner, nous avons apporter notre propre manger. La location etait tres bonne, central pour les tres bel endroit comme Dinant, Durbuy et Namur.

Mooi landelijk gelegen, prima slaapkamers. Grote gemeenschappelijke tuin, prima parkeervoorziening. Gemeenschappelijke wasmachine.

Logement simple mais très agréable. Très propre. Rien ne manque.. Literie confortable et accueil très sympathique.

gezellige gite met mooi uitzicht op de tuin

de gite is heel gezellig ingericht. niet heel groot, maar voor ons 3-en en onze hond prima. het was er heel schoon. de keuken is basic maar er is voldoende qua borden, bestek, etc aanwezig. er is een open haard en een terras met mooi uitzicht op de tuin. onze gite lag op de 1e etage (op de begane grond en de 2e etage waren ook nog 2 gites) en via een wenteltrap te bereiken. parkeergelegenheid bij de gite. de host was heel vriendelijk; ze was er op de afgesproken tijd om de sleutels te overhandigen en ook inleveren bij vertrek was heel ontspannen. het restaurant tegenover de gite was dicht toen we er waren. er zijn winkels en andere restaurants in de buurt maar je hebt wel een auto nodig. een prima locatie om van daaruit de omgeving verder te verkennen, met legio wandelmogelijkheden in de buurt.

de douche is wat basic maar functioneerde verder prima.
