Excellent communication. Plenty of space in the apartment and it’s fully equipped. Thank you!

The host made it easy to arrived with a baby, as the travel cot was already set up when we arrived.

Lots of stairs to get to the property, which wasn’t so easy with a baby (but doable). The ceiling is very low in the bedroom (it’s an attic space) so just be careful when standing up from the bed!

Very nice stay in a beautiful apartment close to the center of Dinant.

The apartment was very spacious and well decorated (modern electronics and fully equipped kitchen) with comfortable furniture. The location was perfect, there was a parking close by and also a lot of places to eat.

There was a very strong cigarette smell in the building, it also got into the apartment. However if you closed the doors of the rooms it remained limited to the entrance. There were several stairs to get to the apartment and stairs in the apartment. This wasn't an issue for us but maybe not ideal for people with limited mobility.

Fijn appartement maar onveilig gevoel door onderburen

We verbleven hier met onze zoon van twee jaar. Het appartement is ruim en licht, een fijne ruimte om te zijn. Alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig en het contact met de host was goed totdat we uitcheckten.

De onderburen lijken het niet eens te zijn met de verhuurde ruimte. Tijdens ons verblijf bonkten ze een aantal keer keihard op de deur. Dit terwijl we niet luidruchtig zijn (gezin met kind) en ons houden aan de aangegeven rusttijden. Het gaf ons een onveilig gevoel en we schrokken ervan, vooral mijn zoon. We hebben de verhuurder nog om opheldering gevraagd maar niets meer gehoord. In de slaapkamer hoor je de tv van de buren en het gehoest van hen/hem. Het stinkt naar rook (ook van de onderburen lijkt het?). Gelukkig dringt die geur niet helemaal door in het appartement.

Struttura trascurata, pulizia discutibile; scarsa attenzione alle necessità degli ospiti (per es.carta igienica in bagno già quasi finita al nostro arrivo; senza scorta). Accesso all’appartamento indecente: scale sporche e maleodoranti. Nessun contatto diretto con il riferimento se non attraverso messaggi.

Eenmaal in het appartement is het prima .schoon en ruim. Je loopt zo naar de terassen

In 1e instantie denk je waar kon ik nou toch terecht. Het trappenhuis stink naar de wiet en het voelt als een achterbuurt. Trappenhuis voorspelt niet veel goeds.

Місце розташування нормальне, поруч з центром, поруч є дешевий цілодобовий паркінг. На фото квартира виглядає трошки краще, ніж є насправді. Плюси: багато місця, було чисто, багато кухонних приладів, великий стіл, досить цікавий інтер'єр. Мінуси: 1. постільна білизна була чиста, але вже надто стара; 2. квартира дуже високо і дуже незручно підіймати валізи; 3. Сам коридор в під'їзді - це окрема історія, обідрані стіни, дуже неприємний запах 4. Підлога в квартирі, особливо у спальні - надзвичайно скрипуча, якщо піти вночі до туалету, то я думаю, що половина сусідів нижче прокинуться. 5. Половина стільців у столовій дуже старі і на них страшно сидіти, бо дуже нестійкі. 6. Спальня максимально незручна: для того щоб потрапити на дальній бік ліжка у вас буде 2 варіанти: або перелізти через вашого чоловіка чи дружину, або ж нахилившись сильно вперед, малесенькими кроками по скрипучій підлозі, оскільки над головою 2 здоровенні дерев'яні балки долізти до свого місця. 7. Ковдра на ліжку в спальні дуже товста і дуже жарка. 8. Сусіди знизу розмовляють до 2х годин ночі, в спальні і туалеті звукоізоляція відсутня взагалі, від слова зовсім, це максимально дратує, хоча там було кілька десятків берушів. Висновок: враження дуже неоднозначні, але наступного разу, приїхавши у Дінант, я все ж таки знайду інший варіант житла.
