Overall, I rate my stay in the apartment as good.

Great communication with the owner. There's a shop nearby, and the apartment is relatively clean and well-maintained. I'd definitely recommend it.

The shower curtain needs replacing, and something to hang towels would be useful. It would be nice if the TV had a smart TV—unfortunately, we couldn't use it; there was only local TV. You can hear your neighbors, but that's just how the walls are.

Nice and simple accomodation

It is a small apartment but it has everything you need for a nice stay. There are 2 floors, living room upstairs and bedroom, kitchen and bathroom downstairs. There is also an ice cream parlour across the street that was super nice. It is minutes driving to many climbing and hiking places and to Dinant for a cultural visit. You have your own parking spot.

The house is literally 2 m away from the railway tracks. There are no trains during the night but easy to heard them in the mornings.

Teleurgesteld

Niets

Super gevaarlijke metalen draaitrap om naar boven te gaan naar de voordeur van het appartement. Ik ben slecht te been en het deed me veel pijn om boven te geraken. Ik was 5min aanwezig en de buurvrouw kwam klagen dat ik teveel lawaai maakte en dat ze een baby heeft. Ik had amper bewogen. De foto's zijn mooier dan hoe het er echt uitziet. Ik ben zo erg teleurgesteld. Ik voelde mij daar zo slecht dat ik er ben weggegaan en naar een hotel ben gegaan.

Gîte bien situé pour visiter la vallée de la Molignée

Le gîte était comme la description le relatait. Il ne nous a rien manqué. Nous nous sommes sentis parfaitement à l'aise . Proximité de Dinant et de Maredsous ou encore pour faire une belle balade le long de la Meuse. Grande surface à 150m.

Dans le gîte rien à dire. Simplement la difficulté de repérer en soirée la petite voirie conduisant au gîte et l'escalier en colimaçon ( dangereux et étroit) pour y accéder.

Mooie omgeving

Mooi appartement met ruime zithoek, fijne hoekbank. Goed bed met lakens maar geen matrashoes alleen molton. Keuken met koken en magnetron. Geen oven of afwasmachine. Nespresso koffiezetapparaat Palletkachel met voldoende pallets.

Douche was geen straal maar vele druppels (echt waar). Stank uit douche put. 2 handdoeken pp voor 5 nachten.

niet van toepqssing

Het is even schrikken als je de oprit oprijdt. De buitenkant en oprit ziet er niet heel uitnodigend uit. Tevens schrikken dat het aan spoor ligt. Maar hebben hier helemaal geen last van gehad.

Leuk huisje aan het spoor

De zit hoek boven vonden we fijn. Het bed ligt ook goed. Aleen eigen kussens gebruikt( staandaard).

Het treinspoor wat er direct aan grenst in aan het begin wel wennen. Elk uur komt er wel een trein langs. Ja ook snachts
