Very nice appartement Nr. 5. Clean with a little kitchenette. We’re you can easily prepare a breakfast, a salad or some ready meals in the microwave. The appartement is on the ground floor and large enough to even store two bicycles. And is in walking distance from the center of Dinant. Very comfortable bed.

Easy place to stay in Dinant, close to the river and center of town.

Good location. Anne-Catherine was very responsive & helpful. Apartment more spacious than on the photos. Coffee, tea, sugar available for breakfast. Nice bakery across the street. Would recommend.

Only windows that opened were to a courtyard in the back that was for another rental, but not really an issue. For people sensitive to noise, the street is busy with car traffic in the daytime, but quiet at night.

Great for a weekend stay.

The apartment is really nice and big, superbly clean as well. The shower is strong and bathroom is big, so therés plenty of space for your things. Fresh linen and towels > thank you!

I think the apartment used to be an office space because some of the fixtures and clearly the ceiling was not of a typical house. And that's normally okay but the lights were not changed so it's that bright office light, and without it, it is a little too dark to sit comfortably to cook/eat etc. The bed is not so comfy in terms of space if you have two people, so that's something to note... especially with a Dutch partner > they are not known to be of a smaller stature, so we didn't get a good rest. Last but not least, the flushing of the toilet is quite aggressive (good in some ways) but therefore can be quite loud. If you have to go in the middle of the night, it will definitely wake up the other person (me! lol)

Good stay in Dinant for two people, not a group of 3

The place is very nicely located, walking distance from the main places in the city. It is charming and for a couple it would be a great stay.

Booking allowed us to book this for 3 people and it said there is a place for another bed. when we arrived no bed was available apart from the one in the bedroom. We contacted the owners and had to wait for a lady to come and arrange it, there was no sheet for the blanket. I guess something went wrong there. They were helpful and tried to solve the problem. The bed is a single foldable bed so it is not really comfortable for a grownup. It needs to be placed in the main room, which gives zero privacy and is quite loud as the place is located in a previous office on the ground floor. So I wouldn’t advise this being advertised for 3 grownup people, maybe a couple and a child will be fine.

Logement tout à fait conforme à nos attentes.

Code clé fourni deux jours avant notre arrivée ce qui est très appréciable car la communication téléphonique entre la France et Luxembourg n’est pas toujours évidente, ainsi, pas besoin de stresser. Ce que j’ai également aimé : la possibilité de venir à trois même si rien n’était certain. Bonne boulangerie juste en face, commerçants accueillant. Nous reviendrons certainement en période estivale. On ne peut que recommander ce logement. Bon rapport qualité, prix et situation géographique parfaite.

Vraiment pour dire quelque chose : en plein hiver entre (-6 et 0°) logement un peu froid à l’arrivée, mais le chauffage a vite fonctionné.

La taille des pièces.

Il n’y avait pas de poubelle dans le séjour et la manette pour régler la température de l’eau dans la cabine douche dès qu’on la touchait elle tombait. Du coup il ne fallait pas beaucoup la bouger et c’est dommage car c’est facile à changer. Aussi la chasse d’eau des toilettes faisait énormément de bruits.

Difficile d’aérer. A l’avant, rien ne s’ouvre et à l’arrière, ça donne dans une « véranda » pour d’autres logements. Heureusement… il y a un bon ventilateur silencieux 😜

Decoración muy bonita, acogedor. Todo cuidado al detalle. Las fotos reflejan la realidad. Buena ubicación, a 5 minutos de los lugares importantes que ver en Dinant.

Es un apartamento a pie de calle, y se pueden escuchar ruidos de la gente o coches que pasen. Lo único que falta es platos grandes en la cocina, pero hay platos pequeños y cubiertos de sobra.

Uitstekende douche, prettig meubilair, prima bed, je krijgt wat er is geadverteerd

Ramen die open konden gingen allemaal naar een binnenplaats wat bij een woonhuis hoorde, ventilatie van de woning viel mede hierdoor tegen. Een extra kookgelegenheid zou niet onwelkom zijn, een los 1 pit toestel oid. .

Locatie midden in het centrum met parkeermogelijkheid vlakbij.

Via booking het verkeerde adres doorgekregen, waardoor het heel onduidelijk was waar we nu precies moesten zijn. Geen raam met direct daglicht

Prima verblijf voor één nachtje maar je betaalt veel voor je verblijf voor wat het maar is

Grote kamer. Host was voorzien op de hittegolf en had een ventilator op de kamer geïnstalleerd. Verblijf was centraal gelegen van de stad. Parkeermogelijkheden waren dik in orde, gratis parking op 5 min. wandelen en (betalend) parkeren voor de deur.

Tijdens het boeken krijg je leuke foto’s te zien van een keukentje, terras, salon, … maar in werkelijkheid behoort de keuken, de salon en het gezamenlijk terras tot kamer 5 en kamer 7 kan enkel genieten van het gezamenlijk terras. Bovendien was de slaapkamer en badkamer één geheel in kamer 7. De wc wordt enkel afgescheiden door een dun gordijntje, niet aangenaam als je op je gemakje naar het toilet wilt als je nog een persoon in dezelfde ruimte hebt zitten. De vloer was ook niet volledig proper, lagen kruimels, stofjes, enzovoort. Even vooraf stofzuigen was een kleine moeite geweest. Veel geld voor wat het maar was.
