Great location, and very helpful host.

Great location with excellent views across the river. Close to town and a supermarket. Place felt like the photos. Host responsive and helpful.

We stayed during a slight heatwave (>30C). In this situation, we felt that the place was simply too hot. The underfloor heating we realised too late was on the whole time, but the place doesnt really get enough airflow and the afternoon suns hits the front glass really heating things up. The 15cm supplied fan was simply not enough. We had to sleep with front doors open during the night in an attempt to cool the place down. Once weather cooled down (>25C) it was a lot nicer.

Very well equipped, bed is comfortable and good shower. WiFi works well. The view is incredible!

By the pictures, I imagined the apartment was a bit higher in the hill, but it is actually right in front of the main road, which is quite busy so you can hear all the cars. It is a bit noisy.

Ideal for romantic gateaway with gorgeous view!

Amazing location, great view from the house directly to the river, citadel, ruins, perfect for a romantic gate away. Walking distance from Dinant center, restaurants, cafes, very cosy interior overall supplied with all the needs. Very responsive and friendly host, ready to help (i.e. providing immediately an ax to further cut the wood for the fireplace, gave recommendations on attractions and restaurants in the area).

Heel gezellig en warm . Niets mankeerde

Dichtbij alles . Station , centrum , winkels . Zeer gezellig hutje heel knus en gezellig . Goede matras . En goed uitgeruste keuken .

Het was wel prijzig . Je kan voor hetzelfde geld iets met meer luxe vinden.

Knus en comfortabel

Een heerlijke knusse plek met houtkachel. Keuken is van van alles voorzien. Het was een heel comfortabel verblijf. Het uitzicht is ook prachtig.

Voor de hond was het jammer dat de tuin niet was omheind. Je zit aan een drukke weg en ze kan zo de straat op lopen.

Heerlijk huis met kachel

Het uitzicht, de ligging, mooie nieuwe kookapparatuur, groot fornuis, goeie kachel en een heerlijke douche. Alles was 1 ruimte dat vonden we erg gezellig en knus.

De oprit is wel een uitdaging.... De wasbak van de keuken hebben we als "badkamer" gebruikt. De rest was alles prima in orde, hoor!

Petit cocon en automne

Logement avec tout le confort nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour ! Petit cocon très agréable pour y passer quelques jours en automne. Tout le nécessaire sur place, la literie est confortable ! Dinant est une très belle ville et nous avons adoré pouvoir réaliser quelques randonnées aux alentours dans les forêts.

Heerlijk verblijf op een uiterst aangename plek, met fraai uitzicht.

Het is een heerlijk rustige locatie, aan de Maas. Met een erg mooi uitzicht op Bouvignes, met een prachtig verlichte kerk. En op redelijke loopafstand van het levendige centrum van Dinant. Ook de supermarkt is op loopafstand. De woning is van nagenoeg alle gemakken voorzien.

Prachtige chalet vlakbij Dinant

Super knus huisje vlakbij de stad Dinant aan de Maas. Heel mooi uitzicht. Klein maar alle voorzieningen zijn aanwezig.

Het was heel warm 30 graden buiten. Vanwege de ligging (dicht bij drukke straat, de Maas en vlakbij spoor) was er vrij veel lawaai als je snachts de ramen en deuren open deed.

We hebben er erg van genoten!

Het prachtige uitzicht vanuit het huisje.

Er zaten nogal veel vliegen in het huisje toen we voor het eerst binnen kwamen, maar gelukkig was er een vliegenmepper aanwezig😊 De auto schraapte ook wat bij het oprijden van de oprit, maar er is niets aan.

Knus appartement. Erg leuk ingericht. Fijn bed. Prima te lopen naar het centrum van Dinant.

Klein minpuntje is dat je het voorbijkomende verkeer redelijk goed hoort
