Beautiful apartment in great location but not well managed

The apartment was beautiful and great location. We loved the decor and the view from the windows! Lovely and spacious too.

Parking description: The booking.com profile for the property incorrectly describes parking as onsite. However in reality we just had to find our own parking (there was a good apcoa car park 15mins walk that they recommended. Communication: Messages were not replied to when I messaged about checking in early and check out. Access: The code for the apartment didn’t work when we arrived. I tried calling but their line was busy so I had to leave a message. I also messaged but didn’t get a reply. They did call back within about 10 mins and helped reset the code. However as a result it took us about 30 mins to access (which was inconvenient as we have 2 young children and a lot of luggage). The colleague I did speak to was helpful.

location once you got past everything else is good , but i won’t be back - too hard

the location once you manage to get in is excellent

it is two bedroom , we were told the main bed was airconditioned , it isn’t - very very hot & noisy . each night in the square there is a film shown for 1000’s of people . more then 30 steps from street level . can’t drive to building , you have to walk with luggage 2 blocks

Very centrally located. Easy in and out. Short walk to anything you want to get to. There was some noise from the square, but that comes with being in the center of a city.

The listing included a parking icon. There was not parking. There is a paid public parking lot quite a ways away from the property. I should have expected that given the location.

It is a little noisy being right on the Piazza. One night an intoxicated couple sat outside in the Piazza and sang loud songs until 3 in the morning.

Weekend a bologna

La vista su piazza Maggiore è ciò che rende unico questo appartamento. Ti basta affacciarti per sentirti parte di questa incantevole città. Lo staff è stato gentilissimo, permettendoci di lasciare i bagagli prima dell'orario previsto per il check in.

Sinceramente per una residenza di questo tipo penso che il bagno andrebbe ristrutturato e i tappeti avrebbero bisogno di una pulizia più approfondita.

De badkamer, de toilet spoelt niet goed door, de douchecabine was beschimmeld en het douchewater loopt niet goed weg. De eerste dag was het personeel telefonisch niet bereikbaar. De tweede dag stuurden ze dat de wc al gemaakt was, dus wat was ons probleem? Na nog een keer klagen, vroegen ze om videos. Die konden we niet verzonden krijgen, na vragen om een mailadres, reageerden ze weer 1,5 dag later dat ze niets ontvangen hadden en dat het onze schuld was dat er niets gedaan was met de klacht. Nog nooit zo slecht behandeld en we reizen veel!!

wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in dieser zentral gelegenen geschmackvollen Wohnung.

toller Blick auf die Piazza, superzentral, Aircondition war sehr angenehm, die beiden Hauptbetten waren gut, die ausziehbaren Gästesofas zwar hübsch aber unbequem.

Das Bad hat Flair, ist aber in die Jahre gekommen, Klobrille praktisch nicht mehr befestigt, nach dem Duschen stand im Bad das Wasser. eine Toilette für 6 Personen ist wenig, ich hätte gedacht es gibt eine 2.Toilette...

Un séjour inoubliable

Très bel appartement avec une vue incroyable sur la piazza Maggiore. Très belle décoration. Agréable à vivre. Belle vaisselle. Lits des chambres très confortables. Les lits d'appoints le sont moins. Emplacement qui donne dans la rue la plus populaire de Bologne sans que le bruit de la rue ne s'entende dans l'appartement. Formidable. Nous avons vraiment apprécié ce moment passé ici. C'est la 4e fois que je venais à Bologne et je n'aurais jamais pensé loger un jour sur la piazza Maggiore. Nous reviendrons c'est certain !

Rien de négatif à signaler. Nous n'avons jamais réussi à joindre les personnes qui gèrent la location par téléphone. Nous arrivions sur une plate forme qui parle anglais... mais cela fonctionnait par messages sur Booking... Peut être le seul point à améliorer.

Posizione ottima, svegliarsi la mattina e affacciarsi su piazza Maggiore non ha prezzo , ci hanno fatto trovare una bottiglia di vino di ben venuto (molto gradita) e la casa è arredata con molto gusto!!

Non era una struttura in grado di ospitare 6 persone, perché i due divani erano scomodissimi e i due componenti del viaggio che hanno dormito su questi letti improvvisati hanno sofferto.

Η τοποθεσία και φυσικά ο χώρος. Ήταν όλα προσεγμένα με ωραία διακόσμηση. Ο χώρος μύριζε πολύ όμορφα και ακόμη και η προσφορά ενός κρασιού σε κάνει να νιώθεις ακόμη πιο ευχάριστα!!!

Θεωρώ ότι ήταν λίγο ακριβό αλλά μπορώ μα πω ότι ήταν το μόνο που θεωρώ ως μειονέκτημα .
