Never stayed as they never called me back after leaving 7 messages!
I contacted the hotel 6-7 times to inquire about changing my reservation as my friend had fallen and we wanted to find out if there was anyway we could change the date of our reservation! They never contacted contacted me and it was not in the range of canceling! All we needed to find out if Extremely rude and inconsiderate!

Poca accoglienza per gli ospiti casa sfornita di generi di prima necessità....macchinetta del caffè senza nemmeno una cialda a disposizione....dovrebbero mettere almeno la marca tra i servizi della struttura

tutto sommato è un buon posto ,
l'assenza di bicchieri / micronde/ bollitore rotto/ macchina del caffe inutilizzabile / assenza di cialde / sciampo per piatti/ pentolino per scaldare latte/ tovaliette / carta sciugatutto/ canovacci per cucina / tazze per colazione,c'era solo una padella e una pentola per pasta , essendo un apaprtamento per minimo 4 max 8 persone mancava il necessario , che l'host su richiesta ha provveduti a farci avere nonstante non tutto andasse bene alla prima fornitura. Una errata informazione nella presentazione che dà disponibile il parcheggio è assolutamente falsa , si è in piena ZTL , e non ci sono parcheggi se non fuori ztl in strisce blu al costo di 3€/h una follia per chi lascia ferma la macchina per 12 ore al giorno per visitare la città.
