Summary:
I booked this 2 bedroom apartment for a 4 night stay in Italy for 6 people after seeing good reviews on booking.com on August.
Upon arriving at the apartment, it was clear that the place had not been deep cleaned - there was black mold and brown water marks on the wall of both bathrooms, the floor had not been mopped and had marks. The bins had no bin liner on them in the bathroom and ensuite. The main bathroom shower bath did not drain and has yellowing. The main bathroom tap had a water off shooting when it was turned on, causing a puddle of water all over the sink. In the ensuite shower room, there is black mold EVERYWHERE. On the rain shower, there is black mold over the entire showerhead it was completely filthy!
All the beds had a thin sheet on them and there were no duvets - on the first night temperatures dipped and I messaged the iHost company sharing that it was cold and if there was a possibility to turn the heating on - was told no due to Italian zoning laws (not from italy and not aware of this). I shared that none of us had gone to sleep because it was that cold and instead of supplying an alternate to increasing the heating so we could stay warm, the extremely rude customer service agent resorted to the worst customer service and remarks I have ever come across - screenshots attached - some of the things he said were:
- What can I tell you, don't blame me, go speak to the mayor
- Do you respect the laws of a country the same you do your own
- Your exaggerating that it is cold, it can't be, it's 19 degrees outside (it was not 19 degrees at 3am at night, it was freezing)
All because I said it was cold and if there was anything he could do, I wasn't rude and asked plainly. He was extremely arrogant and condescending.

wir waren während Olympia zu 8 in der Unterkunft
ein bequemes Doppelbett, das Kajütenbett ist ok, ansonsten sehr einfach und in die Jahre gekommen

selbst nach Info unserer kein bereitstellen der 8 Betten (selbstaufbau)
keine Decken für alle
Duschen eher in die Jahre gekommen mit Schimmel
ringhörig mit super lauter, offensichtlich wirrer Nachbarin im Obergeschoss (Lärm ab morgens um 4)

Había una cama rota y nos nos avisaron
La ubicación está bien.
Había una cama rota que no pudimos utilizar y nadie nos avisó de eso, la cadena de uno de los baños estaba rota por lo cual no lo pudimos utilizar, los grifos funcionaban un pco mal, al igual que la bañera, y el suelo estaba un pco sucio.

Mancavano i prodotti di base in un appartamento ad affitto breve. Un solo rotolo di carta igienica per bagno per 5 persone. Niente detersivo piatti, bagni etc. Un ospite non può acquistare prodotti per poi lasciarli lì per 3 notti

Estaban un par de días , tranquillas, tal como edificio tal como zona. Mas que me gusto y fue muy práctico estaba serca de estación de bus y tren , supermercado y todo. Fue mejor ecsperncia en Italia por comodidad. Y apartamento en estado excelente , limpio con aire y todo las cosas por estar cómodo . Los recomiendo por el precio y comodidad que ofrece. Gracias

تجربة لن تتكررر
موقع قريب من محطة الترام ، بقالة قريبة من الموقع، يوجد مصعد،بنفس الشارع هنالك محل لغسيل الملابس (عدد من غسالات الملابس)ذاتي الخدمة، حديقة عامة قريبة من الموقع لمن يرغب في الجلوس بالطبيعة للقراءة
لسفرات سابقة وفي أماكن متعددة ومتفرقة كان هنالك تعاون من قبل المضيفين للسماح بالتسجيل المبكر (خاصة إذا كان عدد شقق لدى المضيف قليل) وهم ما شجعني للتواصل مع المضيف لمعرفة مدى إمكانية وضع الحقائب والأمتعة (قبل تسجيل الدخول الثالثة عصراً)وقد أبلغني بأن ذلك متاح شريطة دفع(14) يورو مقابل وضع الأمتعة!!! وقد فوجئت بذلك الطلب؟، عند وصولي للشقة توقعت جاهزيتها الكاملة أسوة بجميع المواقع التي سكنتها لكن ولأول مرة يحدث لي مثل هذا الموقف فعند وصولي كان هنالك صوت مزعج صادر من المرحاض وقد تواصلت مع المضيف وبدلاً من الخروج مع عائلتي للتسوق والتنزه كان لزاماً علي انتظار الفني حتى وصوله لاصلاح المشكلة وقددفعت ثمن ذلك التأخير من وقت وجهد عائلتي سواء بالتأخر في الخروج إضافة إلى أنه وفي طريق العودة للسكن كان عدد من البقالات والمقاهي قد أغلقت أبوابها فمن يعوضني عن ذلكم الوقت !، أما حالة الشقة فالأثاث والجدران ليست بحالة جيدة ،لا تعليق على حالة الكنب الموجود في الصالة!، السرير الموجود بالمدخل مزعج وغير مريح ، غسالة الملابس لا تعليق على حالتها ولا على الروائح المزعجة الصادرة منها، أما دورة المياه فحالة الدش العلوي ومنطقة الاستحمام وحتى لي الاستحمام في وضع غير جيد ، التكييف لا يعمل بصورة جيدة، انتشار البعوض

Грязная порванная мебель, стулья, грязные стены, плесень на потолках, не возможность расположиться 4 взрослым людям, пришлось спать в детских кроватях, грязная вонючая стиральная машина, испортила всю одежду, пришлось перестирывать в ручную.

Korteri köögis ei olnud soola, suhkrut, pipart, õli, nõuderätikut, puhastuslappe, pesupulber puudus, WC paber sai peaaegu otsa, vedelseebi topsikud olid tühjad, kõigile peatujatele ei jätkunud nõusid. Nõudepesumasina käepide oli katki. NB! Turismimaks oleks võinud olla näidatud hinnas, mitte hinnale lisanduda. Turismimaksu tasumiseks on vajalik esitada kõikide peatujate kohta kõik ID-kaardi andmed veebivormis, mille automaatne täitmine ei töötanud ja mis oli eelduseks hinna tasumisele. Suure pere puhul väga tüütu töö, selle asemel, et linna nautida.

Bien mais...décevant
Appartement spacieux avec bcp de rangements et proche du tram. Mais insuffisamment équipé (vaisselle, couverts), avec un canapé qui devrait être à la poubelle et un lit d appoint quasi inutilisable. Forte odeur d égout dans une salle de bain, peu d eau chaude et pas de pression. Tuyauterie très bruyante. Route très bruyante surtout à cause du tram

Σε γενικές γραμμές καλό.
Το διαμέρισμα ήταν αρκετά ευρύχωρο και κοντά στο κέντρο. Οι παροχές του ήταν αρκετά καλές με εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και μεγάλο ψυγείο.
Ο καναπές κρεβάτι στο σαλόνι ,εκτός του ότι ήταν χαλασμένος , δεν ήταν καθόλου άνετος. Το ίδιο και η πολυθρόνα κρεβάτι που χρησιμοποιήσαμε. Το μεγάλο μπάνιο δεν είχε έστω μια κουρτίνα να μην πέφτουν έξω τα νερά και έπρεπε να είσαι μόνιμα με τη σφουγγαριστρα , το άλλο μπάνιο μύριζε συχνά η αποχέτευση και το ψυγείο έκανε αρκετό θόρυβο.

Az ágy nem volt bekészítve, amire megérkeztünk. Mint kiderült azért mert el van törve és nem lehet kinyitni a kanapét. A szerelő egy órán keresztül javította, mire megcsinálta lekéstük a Dómba a belépésünket, ami ki volt fizetve, de ez a szállásadót nem érdekelte. Egy párnával kevesebb volt, én egy torulkozon aludtam, illetve be volt ígérve kávé kapszula, amiből egyet sem találtunk. És a légkondit sem tudtuk bekapcsolni hiába kértem meg a szállásadót 3x hogy segítsen, mindenki megfagyott éjszaka.
