Nice room but not as expected & we had some problems along the way

The modern look to apartment, smart TVS and beautiful bathroom.

It’s not actually an apartment as advertised as there is no kitchen, no place to warm food and no table. It was more of a hotel room with two bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Any request I made and they agreed to was ignored such as wine glasses for the room as there is no kitchen and the second request they actually offered to me completely unprovoked which was the option of two single beds or one double for the second smaller room. I confirmed I’d like the smaller room to also have a double and they were singles on arrival. The aircon does not work in the main big room. I went in June and it was soo hot and i constantly woke up trying to find ways to cool down. Where as the smaller second room my nan stayed in there and she physically couldn’t use the aircon as it was leaking water and as the aircon is above the head boards of the beds you can imagine she doesn’t want the table below with her phone on or her head to get wet. So she constantly kept it off. There is no place for us to smoke as we would end up on street and I’m sure it’s been made illegal to smoke on the street. I didnt complain as I knew nothing much would come of it and it was short stay of 2 days. I took pictures and left it at that.

Could have stayed longer in the appartement

The location was nearby duomo and public transportation. The appartement was super clean, luxurious and to communication was good. The place feels like a hotel. Lot off extra’s in the room. Price was excellent for the location and 2 separate bedrooms. Felt really safe as well because the door had a safe lock on the doors.

One of the best stays in Milan, better than any hotel specially for group of family, some rooms can be opened to accommo

I would like to thank the staff for their welcoming and help for the rooms. Andry was able to give us much bigger room than our reservation, the room was clean and new. Everything was perfect. Thanks a lot!

Consiglio questa struttura perché estremamente pulita, curata nei particolari, accogliente, con un ottimo staff.

La stanza è completamente ristrutturata molto bene. Bella , curata e pulita. In una posizione molto comoda per me che dovevo andare all’università Statale. Anche con vicino la fermata della metropolitana.
