The location The cafe next door is perfect The taxi stop point is only 1 min walk
Noise all day and night because of the tram. The lighting is very dim. There is only one AC controller for all the rooms, so you cannot distribute the cool air as needed.

Elegant flat with comfortable furnitures and beds. Very good connection to public transport, lovely neighbourhood with nice cafés, supermarket etc.
The glass door scraped against the floor when opening, so it couldn’t be opened fully. The lighting in the room was quite weak in the evening.

Location was excellent- felt very safe. The apartment is spacious. The laundry facilities were handy and the kitchen was well stocked.
No windows in the property- could only open a skylight which didn’t allow for much airflow. The air conditioner did not work well, the apartment was like a sauna during the day. There was a crack in the sink in one of the bathrooms which leaked every time you used it.
