The staff were very communicative and pleasantly helpful for information regarding our travels and set up a driver for us to the airport on the day of departure. They also gave us recommendations for where to eat based on our request. They met us at the property to show us how to use the keys to get into the very high security property. There was an elevator to access the apartment which was on the fourth or fifth floor.

We expected the location to be more near to attractions and amenities it was on a busy street. It was not the fault of the property, but we were there during a Formula One race and missed a train because we absolutely could not find or order any taxi or uber to get there. They did send me directions to the nearby metro stations but my party did not feel comfortable navigating it. There were a couple of different nearby metro stations. There was an extra latch at the top of the door that we were not familiar with, and we had trouble getting out of the door one day. I think we may have inadvertently latched ourselves in as there were three different knobs thankfully, we figured it out. The other issue was the very tiny shower in the single bed bedroom that very easily spilled water all over the wood floors because the doors didn’t stay shut well I am a little person so it worked better for me than my travel companions Otherwise, the accommodations or comfortable and spacious

Magnífico apartamento, todo perfecto. Super limpio, decorado con mucho gusto, bien equipado y con el menaje de la cocina en muy buen estado, bonita vista hacia el Duomo. Además, el personal súper amable, preocupados en todo momento de que la estancia fuera perfecta, haciéndonos sentir como en casa.
