Great arrival information and helpful WhatsApp service throughout. Useful details about the apartment and the local area. Clean and well presented with a mid-stay towel change. Great location. Safe and within easy walking distance of the tourist area. Great tram and metro links. Would recommend! Family of 2 adults and a 7 year old.

Great property, very clean in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the metro. There was a great restaurant right downstairs.

The staff were very attentive and easy to communicate with. Check in was easy, and location was nice with great local restaurants and easy access to the metro.
We had one hiccup where a towel of mine was taken when they changed linen which was frequent thankfully.
