Location was fairly close to metro and tram, but having navigating map was helpful to find the exact location. Elevator did not always work for us, so we generally used the stairs (3 floors). Apartment was spacious and clean. Full size kitchen and lots of space for longer stays.

Great arrival information and helpful WhatsApp service throughout. Useful details about the apartment and the local area. Clean and well presented with a mid-stay towel change. Great location. Safe and within easy walking distance of the tourist area. Great tram and metro links. Would recommend! Family of 2 adults and a 7 year old.

I wanted to love this property. The place itself charming and very roomy for our family of 5, but the logistics of checking in and having to leave our luggage in another area for a couple of hours until check in time paired with the struggles of actually opening the doors with the key, and most of all, the LOUDNESS of being right next to a busy street (it was very loud in the morning), it is not the most convenient stay for a family with young kids. The host was very responsive, so I appreciated that.
