I never stayed in such place we have our bathroom in hallway and other guest will notice in and out of bathroom the shower was too small I could not move I had to let water do the job we selected bigger room our room was good size at night I could here other guests by in and out of their room. I blamed myself for not look at this place in more details . I was more disappointed at myself by not taking time . I was thinking we are moving in hotel . This is a place to have a room to sleep and not worrying about shower and other staff

Nicola is a fantastic host. This property seems perfect for Milan. The location is nicely situated to move around Milan and close enough to many nice cafe/restaurants.

I would like to recommend this hotel because I have found that Giovanni the person that took care of us was very honest and helpful. I left my wallet behind, and he took care of every detail to make sure that I got everything on the wallet back in the states Therefore, I’ll give them a thumbs up. thank you Giovanni!!!!

The area is very noisy. It’s in the middle of the big crossroads and the trams work almost all night. The room is small and has very limited supplies. They have many hidden fees for cleaning, changing towels and bedding. Be aware that you have to pay for late check in. The host is very nice and informative but it would be great to include some supplies and amenities. I would not stay there again.

This place was spotless; it is the cleanest place I ever stayed. Nicola was always super reachable and helped with my check in and check out. The room is great for one person and had all the things you need. The view is gorgeous and there are several restaurants nearby, plus gelatto! The only downsize for me is that the shower is very small, but Im very tall (6’1”). Other than that, fantastic place and 10 stars!!!

This is a very convenient and economical place to stay, good location. The checkin process is easy. Plenty of towels and kitchen amenities. We stayed when there was low occupancy, otherwise it could get a bit tight in small spaces, but good value if you want to economize in Milan.

The bed was literally a pullout sofa bed (that caused back issues for my partner and I); the bathroom - while private/ keyed access - is outside in the main entryway; the windows and walls are extremely thin; and there is no housekeeping at all. I would not recommend this stay to others.

This is a nice hotel in a fairly central part of Milan. We walked to the Duomo and several other locations including Victor Emmanuel II Galleria, La Scala. The room is small but adequate for a few nights stay. Our room was very clean and had daily room cleaning. Nicola was very helpful with directions, restaurant recommendations, etc. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Milan. We would definitely stay here again!!

Best place to stay if you’re here for vacation or travel. Nice cozy place with everything we need, and transportation was fantastic! The tram station right front of the place takes you to everywhere in Milan. Definitely will choose this place if we have a chance to visit Milan again.

Everything great. The only thing that my wife and I had issue with, was that the bathroom fan was a bit noisy, and there was no option to have it off, if you wanted the light in the bathroom.

Incredible experience. Will come back next time we are in Milan. Nicola the host is incredibly kind and accommodating. The property is gorgeous and feels like a hotel. The area is also fantastic. Close to the city center for sightseeing but nestled in an area that is hip and full of great restaurants and spots. 5/5 stars! Grazie Mille!!
