Casa Premuda

Great location with tram stop right outside and easy access by foot, taxi or public transport to the centre of Milan. The apartment is in a charming old building and is well equipped with everything we needed, including cooking facilities. A small thing which made a big difference was having a selection of pillows in the cupboard so that we could find a comfortable pillow. The apartment is on the first floor, so a few stairs to carry luggage up, but not too far. Overall the apartment was clean, except for the one thing we find in so many places we stay: some sections of the bathroom grout are stained. We appreciated being met by the very friendly and welcoming host, Paolo, to demonstrate how to access the building and how things work in the apartment.

A minor thing is that the old style system of flushing the toilet didn't work very well, but we overcame it easily with a bucket of water.

Great location, awesome light, air conditioning and very helpful and friendly host

Paolo's attentiveness and friendliness—he made us feel very much at ease. The cleaness was spot on.

The smaller bedroom lacked direct air conditioning—although it does not get extremely hot in there. The bathroom has an inefficient toilet flush and a low showerhead with fluctuating water temperature. The way to the building could be explained beforehand even though it is not that hard to find. The keys are a bit confusing since there are a bunch of keys. There could be an explanation somewhere in the apartment so we could remember, but that is a minor problem. It was all great in the end

Bardzo miły gospodarz Paolo i jego mama, która bardzo dba o czystość miejsca. W ostatnim dniu pozwolili nam zostawić bagaże do godz. 18, co bardzo nam ułatwiło dodatkowe zwiedzanie. Obok fajne miejsca na śniadania, smaki włoskie, a na przeciwko nawet hiszpańskie (Casa Iberica) - polecamy.
