We stayed at this apartment during our trip to Milan. Overall, the neighborhood was very nice, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and it felt safe and lively. It was about an 18-minute walk to the nearest metro station and around a 30-minute fast walk to the city center.
There were, however, a few issues inside the apartment. In both bedrooms there were no proper blackout shutters or balcony doors, so there was a lot of light very early in the morning. In one of the bedrooms, cold air was coming in through the window, which made it uncomfortable at night.
The hot water in the bathroom was also limited — it ran out quite quickly and took a long time to heat up again, which was inconvenient, especially for multiple people staying.

Large family appartment in an excellent location with direct access to the old town in only a few minutes by foot. Many small restaurants and cafe's in the neighbourhood. We needed accomodation at very short notice late at night, the property was extremely responsive & happy to help arrange this for us. They certainly helped us out of an uncomfortable situation.
The property managers, while initially very helpful, did not respond to requests after the stay to provide us with a business invoice/payment receipts, despite repeated attempts to follow-up. This was quite unprofessional.

Le système d ouverture à distance de l immeuble à notre arrivée n’a pas fonctionné, nous avons dû attendre que quelqu’un sorte de l
Immeuble pour récupérer les clefs. Une des chambres de l’appartement ne dispose pas de rideaux occultant ou de volets. Aucun lave vaisselle présent contrairement à la description, la douche se bouche à chaque utilisation, la literie est passable. La vaisselle n était pas rangée.
