big studio, close to the grocery store, balcony, trees outside, blackout curtains

Good price/value in nice residential area of Milan

There's no breakfast at the property but there's afantastic coffeeshop/bakery very close by. The place is spacious. It has a small kitchen

Apart from the bed there was no place to relax (sofa, comfy chair). As this is a room clearly meant for longer stays (hence the kitchen) this is a flaw

Wonderful room with amazing facilities

The apartment was well equipped. It had everything we need. It was close to public transport that made it accessible. Easy check in and check out. Nice, clean room. Peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Love the locker facility they provided before and after check out too.

The AC was not working so it was hard to sleep at night because it was warm in the room even with the windows and balcony door open

Peaceful place for calm stay

The apartment was exceptionally clean, and the area was peaceful, with a lot of parks nearby. The subway station was a maximum of 15 minutes by feet and took 2 stops till Duomo.

It’s ok for 2-3 days

Location is near to the city center.

Noisy at nights and the bed wasn’t comfy at all.Our bed was’nt ready in time.For that price i thought it will be better overall🤷‍♂️

Great, Spacious, Clean Stay

It was in a great quiet neighbourhood, close to food (5 min walk), 10 min from the train station and trams. This suited our stay from being away from the business of a city. We walked to the city centre which was a easy, flat 30 minute walk. Laundry was a bonus and having a hold for your suitcase.

Could be subjective but the mattress was a bit hard for our liking and pillows weren’t thick enough.

It has all what you need for a perfect stay in Milan. The kitchen is full equipated. The bathroom is comfortable. The check in and check out were really easy. Also the apartment is near tram stop and metro station

The property was in a good location with access to public transport nearby. There were lovely places to eat in the surrounding area as well. The apartment was very clean and modern.

We had not realised that the bed was a sofa bed and it was not the most comfortable.

very bad isolation from outside noise. You hear all the people and cars crossing on the road also the neighbors. alarm makes noise and visual effects all night.

Very comfortable and pleasant stay in a very well-kept apartment. 9/10 would highly recommend!

Comfortable living area with a double bed, kitchen, and bathroom. Plenty of space, shuttered windows that are very handy for sleeping, and good working Wi-Fi too.

The fridge wasn't cool enough to comfortably chill everything, but the freezer was working so the cool air from it was used instead to cool the fridge down. The stove only had one working heater rather than all four, but this also wasn't the biggest issue. Finally, room service may not always hoover the floor, however, they are exceptional otherwise. All little things and nothing to count as a deal-breaker, but good to be aware of depending on what your plans are.

Location is not the best in terms of the distance from Duomo but on the other hand neighborhood was quite nice. We did not need but there was no staff when we were there. But these are minor things:)

good location, but not as described facilities.

central location with good commute to other places. There was equipped kitchen

1) matress was not very comfortable (managers provided additional planket); 2) washing machine available, but also used for technical staff, I do not think it is hygienic to use it for personal clothes and underwear, disappointed; 3) room was cleaned only 1 time during 8 night stay; 4) lockers were all busy, so had to discuss with managers, where to put my belongings; 5) i booked studio, got it on ground floor, so was a bit confusing; 6) electricity spots was impossible to use for charging my devices, although I have standard plugs. neither my phone charge, nor laptop charge matched electricity spots. disappointed.

The place is clean and beautiful.

But be careful for the adress because they'll send u an e-mail and it cames with a different adress which is the right one to go. We went first straigh to the oficial adress and there is people living inside....
