Nice apartment

When we arrived and we were hurry to go to the Olympic ice-hockey match the old lady who were really nice and friendly but spoke only Italian. So it take too much time and we lost 20 minutes of the game first period.

My first night before we moved to another apt was the most miserable night of any vacation I has , the ground level set up was horrible , one room nice the second one with 2 bunker beds and one single one was small and dark , only sitting on kitchen area old fashion … the worst was the noise from outside the train right by the building , walls did not block any noise , it was like sleeping in middle of busy street , also people walking and talking loud inside , there should be rule to keep it down , I only sleymaybe1 hour max do not do not get the ground floor there are many other places . The only good part was Daniela helping , too expensive for what you get . The second apt on 1st floor was good clean and new

Cannot Ask For Morels

Wonderful place & area to stay at. We also love to have wonderful hosts & Daniella was one of them from the very beginning to the end of the trip. We loved the area of Porta Venezia which is highly frequented by locals...wonderful for breakfast, aperitivo, dinner. Metro station was pretty much close & tram stop to Duomo was a minute walk away. We have a private kitchen, bathroom and rooms were clean and warm. Airconditioner was available at no extra cost (no coin meter). Water in bathrooms was always hot...& we were a family of 5...3 of which are teens. Would highly consider to book the same place again if I ever visit Milan.

Bath soap - shampoo, body wash, body lotion was available but we love the foamy ones... Carrefour was available within 5 mins & 'problem' was solved in a jiffy...so actually there wasn't anything we didn't like 😊

Great location, the apartments were well equipped, we had some shortage for towels but they were supplied in no time. There was a laundry at the building you could use

There is a tramp line passing just in front the apartments and when the windows are opened it is a bit noisy

Location was good but the tram line is right next to the apartment- every time it passes the apartment shakes

The shower was extra small , the toilet seat and bathroom door handle was broken - WiFi was hit and miss.

The location of the appartment is excellent. It is near to the Metro station. There are many restaurants and shops around. It was clean and well-maintained.

The shifts of the sofa was not clean, but the employee change them.

Good

The apartment was in a good location just 30 minutes walk to Duomo. The lady who gave us the keys was very friendly and helpful. The owner was responsive via messaging.

The apartment was smaller than the photos show. We thought it was two bedrooms but it was only one very small bedroom. There were no duvet covers, only sheets. Unfortunately the WIFI didn’t work. It wasn’t fixed during our three day stay although the owner did try.

The location was nice.

I made a reservation for 2 nights but I was able to stay only one because they didn't want to make the check-in after 1 am. I was forced to find out someplace to stay that night with 2 small children.

We were given a different flat than the one I booked online! Owner is unreliable - do not book!

The owner did not supply the flat that I booked - instead of the two-bedroom apartment with bunk beds for the kids, I was shown to a flat with one bedroom and sofa beds. Travelling in a foreign country with small children, I refused to accept accommodation I had not previously reviewed. The attendant was not the owner but a third party who could not communicate well with us. The owner only communicated poorly over the phone, did not explain why this was a different flat, refused to provide a suitable alternative, and hung up on us. Very shady business practice - I have reported this to booking.com and hope they have penalised them. Do not book with this person.

Close to city center. Nice area with few very good restaurants. Relatively clean.

Different from what I initially saw on the pictures. I booked two bedrooms apartment with big leaving room but at the end I got one bedroom and one leaving room with sleeping sofa. A bit noisy as the trams are passing under the windows.

Le fait qu’ils essaient de passer un appartement avec 1 seule chambre alors qu’on avait payé pour un appartement à 3 chambres, sous prétexte que j’étais seule. Quand on interdit toute annulation ou modification, ça fonctionne dans les deux sens : client et loueur !!

地理位置不错，门口有电车，步行3-4分钟有地铁，周边咖啡店餐厅都有。我定的房型有两个卧室，一间是大床，另一间是一个上下铺，一个单人床，可睡三人。对于带2-3孩子出行很方便。有厨房，设备齐全，但是没有客厅。

空间比想象中小。没有客厅。门口就是电车轨道，所以电车开过声音明显，房子也有震感。我们大人和小孩睡眠都很好所以没有问题。如果睡眠质量比较差，建议不要选。

Appartement sympa mais environnement bruyant

Emplacement pratique, 30 min à pied de la cathédrale., quartier calme. Appartement quasiment refait à neuf.Horaires arrivée et sortie très souples.

Notre appartement était au RDC avec la ligne de tram devant l'immeuble. Les vibrations du tram et le bruit de celui ci ne nous ont pas permis de passer de bonnes nuits. . Pas d'accès au balcon.

Departamentos modernos en zona tranquila

Departamentos modernos que cuentan con todas las comodidades durante la estancia. Fuimos un grupo grande y ocupamos dos departamentos en el mismo nivel. Esta ubicado cerca a estaciones de metro y tranvía, por la zona hay varios restaurantes y algunos supermercados. Buena comunicación con los anfitriones.

Uno de los departamentos era un poco estrecho para 5 personas, pero si contaba con todo lo ofrecido. No cuenta con lavadora.

Pensavo meglio ma l’appartamento era faticoso da raggiungere e rumoroso. La pulizia precaria.

L’ascensore non funzione e portare i bagagli al secondo piano è faticoso. La rubinetteria del bagno piena di calcare crea difficoltà . Le finestre non isolano dal frastuono del tram che passa vicinissimo .
