Very nice and hospitable owners - Francesca and Luca, easy and positive the communication with them. The apartment is clean and has all the facilities for your vacation stay: equipped kitchen with all you need for having a fast breakfast or dinner, a comfortable mattress on the bed, sofa bed for a bigger family available if you need so, spacious bathroom, free wifi access with good speed; easy double security access to the apartment with self check-in (a key from a safe-box and and a code for the front gate). The location is easy to find, 5 min walking from the bus stop for the Central Station, as well as a lot of small supermarkets and cute café’s available around.

Das Schloss der Haupttür klemmte immer wieder. Einmal waren wir etwa 20 Minuten dran die Tür aufzubekommen. Und ein Lumpen war leider auch nicht vorhanden…

Soggiorno moderno e impeccabile, reso unico dalla comodità estrema della linea M4 a pochi minuti da Linate e da una gest

Il soggiorno in questo appartamento è stato estremamente comodo, soprattutto per la posizione strategica a pochi passi dalla nuova metro blu M4, che permette di raggiungere l'aeroporto di Linate in soli 5 minuti. La zona è servitissima, con un supermercato a 50 metri, bar e parchi nelle immediate vicinanze. Ho apprezzato molto la gestione del self check-in: il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e ci ha inviato un video su WhatsApp per spiegarci come recuperare le chiavi nella keybox, mentre il pagamento della tassa di soggiorno si sbriga velocemente online. L'alloggio fa parte di un complesso di 5 unità al piano seminterrato-ma aperto- a cui si accede scendendo una decina di scalini da un cancello su strada; pur non avendo balconi, l’appartamento è luminoso, ben arieggiato e dotato di condizionatori. Gli spazi sono ben organizzati con un ingresso su cucina/soggiorno, camera da letto e bagno (cieco). Tutto era pulitissimo e fornito di ogni comfort: cucina a induzione, microonde, macchina del caffè, frigo grande e tutto il necessario per il bagno (phon e detergenti inclusi). Una soluzione funzionale e moderna che consiglio vivamente!

Maravillosa estancia

Es muy cómodo acceder y están pendientes si tienes algún problema. La estancia es muy completa. La ducha maravillosa, tenía presión y buena temperatura.

No teníamos fregona, o no fuimos capaces de encontrarlo, y al acceder desde el patio exterior, mojabamos la entrada de la estancia con las zapatillas. El patio siempre estaba mojado, aunque no lloviese.

La posizione, vicina al lavoro per me e poi vicina alla via principale con ristoranti e bar.

Apartamentul este impecabil de curat, iar gazda a fost corectă și de ajutor. Super experienta!

Am avut o experiență foarte plăcută în aceste apartamente. Totul a fost foarte curat, bine întreținut și solicitasem gazdei sa fie pregătite si canapelele cu lenjerii înainte de sosire ceea ce a fost extraordinar. Atmosfera a fost primitoare, iar spațiul exact ca în fotografii. Gazda a fost ok și ușor de comunicat, răspunzând rapid la mesaje și oferind informațiile necesare. Check-inul a decurs fără probleme, iar zona este liniștită și potrivită pentru odihnă. Recomand cu încredere acest apartament pentru oricine caută un sejur confortabil și fără surprize neplăcute.

Trop cher pour les équipements proposés…beaucoup d’améliorations à faire.

Grand appartement avec mobilier très récent. La literie est confortable. A 10 min à pieds du tramway ou du métro.

Il manque de la vaisselle, pas assez de verres, pas de bol. Il n’y a pas de porte manteau ni crochet pour accrocher les vêtements et les sacs. Il n’y a pas de meubles pour poser ses valises, pas d’armoires en dehors de la chambre pour ranger ses vêtements. Pas de prises de courant dans le salon à côté du lit convertible. Pas de matériel pour nettoyer la chambre. Dans la salle de bain UNE seule prise de courant pour brancher le chauffage chauffe serviette ET le ballon a eau!!! Il fait froid dans la salle de bain. L’appartement est accessible par une petite cours où nos voisins d’appartement fumaient et discutaient à voix haute donc nous dérangeraient et nous réveillaient le soir.

Der Fußboden war recht kalt. Tageslicht gibt es nur im Wohnbereich

Modern és tiszta, de ajánlott lenne a fent leírt észrevételeket orvosolni.

Jó a szállás elhelyezkedése, megközelítése, modern hangulatú, tágas és tiszta.

Hiányzott egy megfelelő kilátás a szobából. A belső udvarra való kilátás valójában a lakásban lévő egyetlen üvegfelületen keresztül egy kb. 3 méterre lévő komor szürke falfelület volt. Kissé nyomasztó volt így az alagsori lakás hangulata a modern berendezés ellenére. A ruháknak csak egy vállfákkal ellátott állvány volt, jó lett volna pár polcos lehetőség is a ruháknak. A fürdőszobába szintén jól jött volna valamilyen tárolási lehetőség a levetett ruháknak, tiszta ruháknak, stb. A konyha felszereltségnél hiányoltuk a nagyobb csészéket (csak kis kávés csészék voltak). Nem voltak takarító eszközök (pl. seprű, felmosó), konyhai törlőkendő – a konyhai papír törlőkendő tekercsből is már csak egy kevés maradék volt. A modern TV készüléken nem jött be semmilyen ingyenes tv műsor, csak a streaming szolgáltatok jelentek meg, da a használatukhoz nem állt rendelkezésre belépés – gondolom a saját itthoni adataimmal kellett volna használni. A szállás elfoglaláshoz szükséges infókat csak az utazás előtti nap délután küldték el, jóval a kifizetések után (kissé bizonytalanságba tartva minket. A tájékoztató értesítésükben egyszerűen mellőzték válaszukat az egyetlen kérdésünkre- kérésünkre, hogy tudnak-e egy vasalót biztosítani ottlétünk idejére. Tehát válaszra sem méltatták a kérésünket és persze nem is volt vasaló a helyszínen.

Апартаменти укомплектовані новими меблями, кухнею та душевною. Багато простору і навіть є 2 додаткові розкладні кроваті. Знайти і потрапити в помешкання дуже легко завдяки відео-інструкції. Господарі відповідали на всі запитання, хоча і з невеликою затримкою. Метро всього в двух кварталах. Дуже сподобались ці апартаменти, можу 100% рекомендувати їх для подорожі в Мілан.

Немає місць для паркування авто, розраховуйте на додаткові 20-25 євро за ніч в підземному паркінгу, добре що їх є декілька поруч.

Una bellissima sorpresa questa struttura a Milano! Ci tornerò!

La casa è nuovissima e pulitissima! Ci sono tutti gli strumenti per mangiare tranquillamente a casa (microonde, lavastoviglie, stoviglie), anche la macchinetta del caffè con le cialde incluse (davvero un bellissimo gesto da parte dell’host che ho apprezzato tanto). Luca, il gestore, è davvero molto gentile e le poche volte che l’ho chiamato mi ha subito dato tutto le informazioni necessarie. Se si chiudono le stanze, non si sente nessun rumore all’interno della stanza da letto. Vicino ci sono diversi supermercati (c’è l’MD a pochi passi dall’ingresso) ma anche botteghe (fruttivendolo, panetterie, caffè).

In zona ci sono tanti parcheggi, ma in alcuni momenti ho avuto difficoltà a trovarlo. Però c’è la metro davvero vicina, quindi non serve la macchina per andare in struttura.
