Первое, что нас очень впечатлило, — это сам дом: современное, абсолютно новое здание, построенное, по всей видимости, всего несколько лет назад. Сама квартира очень светлая, с видом во внутренний двор, что делает использование джакузи на террасе особенно комфортным — нет эффекта «визави», несмотря на то, что дома расположены достаточно близко. Квартира идеально чистая, вся мебель новая. В ремонте заметно использование качественных, добротных материалов. Удобные матрасы и кровати обеспечивают отличный отдых. Также большим плюсом являются два санузла. Расположение очень удобное — всего около 30 минут пешком до Дуомо.

Все понравилось , очень понравилось отношение хозяев , мы заезжали очень поздно , в час ночи и нас встретили лично , передали ключи и объяснили все правила пребывания , спасибо большое Кьяра и Давиде

Very Nice apartment with a big terrasse. Well situated, few steps from the city center. Very clean shared swimming pool available in the building.

In october the sauna is closed but you can pay to activate it which is a good option Even if a bit expensive. Again for the price the parking could be included

The apartment is spotlessly clean, with all new furniture in a great building. Beds are very comfy. The 2nd floor consists of a 60m2 terrace, which faces north-east. The deck chairs and sofa on the balcony are amazing. The location is good, very close to Dateo station. The television had Google TV and Chromecast. The water pressure is good, and there is underfloor heating too. Host Davide that welcomed us was amazing. Kitchen has everything you need and more. The windows face the garden and it was very peaceful and quiet.

Before we arrived, we were sent a guidebook saying that it would cost us another 100 euro to fill and use the hot tub on the balcony, as it was drained during autumn and winter. Given it was 20 degrees and sunny, this was very surprising. It felt like a false advertisement on booking.com as this was not clearly labeled when we made the reservation. The explanation that the jacuzzi is drained during cold months didnt make sense as its supposed to be hot, and its pleasurable to use it during slightly colder months too. In the spa area, finnish sauna was not operational. Internet was only ok, around 20mbps but 100ms ping.

Lovely property, very comfortable and secure. Superb. Loved the indoor swimming pool and gym. Fantastic large roof terrace with hot tub and great views of Milan. Big supermarket a short 10 minute walk.

Everything was fine.
